  • Publication number: 20060051521
Abstract: A grounded vacuum container is filled, the container containing a plurality of substrates, with a CVD gas. A voltage is applied to the substrates to generate plasma around each of the substrates along with grounding a plurality of ground members arranged at positions opposite to the deposition surface of each of the substrates inside the vacuum container. A coating is deposited onto a plurality of substrates in a method for deposition that attracts ions within the plasma to the substrates and deposits a coating onto the substrates.

  • Patent number: 5162820
Abstract: An electrophotographic color image forming method whereby black, yellow, magenta and cyan toner images are superimposed on a photoconductor (54) to transfer to paper, exposure being changed between black and color in a method in which development of black is performed by a contact developing method, and development of color by a direct current electric field projection developing method. Also, in exposure for color, the exposure amount is adjusted between highlight and shadow areas. A full color image of high saturation with good balance between black and color components is reproduced by changing the exposure amount between black and color. It is also possible to obtain a color image with good reproducibility of highlight areas as well as shadow areas.

  • Patent number: 4697913
Abstract: A copying apparatus for synthesizing two images on one piece of copying paper. The apparatus includes a photosensitive body having a photosensitive surface, first and second light exposure assemblies disposed in spaced-apart relationship with respect to the path of rotation of the photosensitive surface and an image development assembly. In the first light exposure assembly, a first original positive image source controls light emitted from a first light source which light is transmitted to the photosensitive surface to create a first latent image of the information in the first original positive image source on a first portion of the photosensitive surface. No latent image is formed in the remainder or second portion of the photosensitive surface.

  • Patent number: 4660961
Abstract: A copying apparatus of the electrostatic type enables at least two images to be synthesized on one surface of a copying paper using original positive image sources without preparing negative image sources prior to the copying process. The copying apparatus can also synthesize a plurality of images in different colors on a single sheet of copying paper.

  • Patent number: 3985918
Abstract: A target for an image pickup tube having high sensitivity, low dark current and low amount of lag-image is manufactured by forming a hetero-junction by the evaporation process. A first layer of ZnS.sub.x Se.sub.1.sub.-x or Zn.sub.u Cd.sub.1.sub.-u S (wherein 0 .ltoreq. x .ltoreq. 1 and 0 .ltoreq. u .ltoreq. 1) is deposited on a light transmitting substrate having a coefficient of linear expansion of 56 .times. 10.sup..sup.-7 /.degree.C - 110 .times. 10.sup..sup.-7 /.degree.C and a second layer of (Zn.sub.y Cd.sub.1.sub.-y Te).sub.z (In.sub.2 Te.sub.3).sub.1.sub.-z (wherein 0.1 .ltoreq. y .ltoreq. 0.9 and 0.7 .ltoreq. z .ltoreq. 1) is deposited on the first layer. The substrate is then heat treated in an inert gas atmosphere or under vacuum at a temperature of 350.degree.-650.degree.C, preferably 500.degree.-600.degree.C for a time period of 5-90 minutes, preferably 5-15 minutes.
