  • Publication number: 20050005185
Abstract: A clock generation circuit for generating an internal clock signal, a control section that operates in accordance with a clock signal to be supplied, a signal processing circuit that operates in accordance with the internal clock signal are arranged on a module substrate. An internal clock signal output terminal connected to the clock generation circuit, and an external clock signal input terminal connected to the control section are extended from the module substrate. When the control section is made to operate in accordance with the internal clock signal, the internal clock signal output terminal is connected to the external clock signal input terminal, the internal clock signal is supplied to the control section through the two connected terminals. When the control section is made to operate in accordance with an external clock signal, the external clock signal input to the external clock signal input terminal is supplied to the control section.

  • Publication number: 20040055782
Abstract: The present invention provides a surface-mounting type electronic circuit unit having no melting of solder attaching an electric part thereto and having high reliability. Therefore, the surface-mounting type electronic circuit unit of the present invention has a side electrode arranged on a side face; a circuit substrate having a wiring pattern arranged on an upper face in a state connected to this side electrode; and an electric part connected to the wiring pattern by soldering. A connecting conductor of the wiring pattern connecting the electric part arranged in a position very near the side electrode is formed in a bent state. Therefore, the connecting conductor between the side electrode and the electric part can be lengthened.

  • Patent number: 5671569
Abstract: In a multi-storied frame building, a controlled frame member having means to damp seismic forces of deformation. A first vertical wall column has a top connected to a horizontal wall girder overhanging the wall column. A second wall column is erected in vertical alignment beneath the tip end of the wall girder co-planar with, but spaced from, the first wall column. A seismic response control apparatus connected between the tip end of the wall girder and the top of the second wall column generates damping force when the tip end of the wall girder and the top of the second wall column are displaced relative to each other. Additional girders are arranged on lower stories of the building as required to further strengthen the building against seismic deformation.
