  • Patent number: 8410640
Abstract: An electric power converter has a semiconductor module and a capacitor. The positive side semiconductor module has a positive terminal and the 1st intermediate terminal while the negative side semiconductor module has a negative terminal and the 2nd intermediate terminal. These terminals are formed in projected forms. The positive terminal and the negative terminal are connected to the capacitor by a positive bus bar and a negative bus bar, respectively. The 1st intermediate terminal and the 2nd intermediate terminal are connected each other by an intermediate bus bar. The positive and the negative side semiconductor modules, the capacitor, the positive, the negative and the intermediate bus bars constitute one closed circuit. The direction of the each current that flows to each of the main part portion, the positive, the negative and the intermediate bus bars opposes the neighboring current when a closed current flows in the closed circuit.

  • Patent number: 8383939
Abstract: A bus bar assembly used for establish electric connections with semiconductor modules of an electric power converter. The bus bar assembly includes a resinous body, a first and a second bus bar to which terminals of the semiconductor modules are to be connected. Each of the first and second bus bars includes a plate body and a plurality of connecting terminals extending from the plate body substantially in parallel to a major surface of the plate body. At least a portion of the body plate of the first bus bar is disposed inside the resinous body. The second bus bar is mounted at the plate body on the resinous body and laid to overlap the first bus bar at a given distance away from the first bus bar. This structure minimizes the misalignment between the first and second bus bars after the resinous body is formed.

  • Patent number: 5230893
Abstract: Stable agrochemical compositions are provided by incorporating at least one of the .alpha.-unsaturated amine derivatives having the following formula: ##STR1## wherein one of X.sup.1 and X.sup.2 is an electron attracting group and the other is hydrogen or an electron attracting group; R.sup.1 is a group attached through a nitrogen atom; R.sup.2 is hydrogen or a group attached through a carbon, nitrogen, or oxygen atom; n is an integer of 0, 1, or 2; and A is a substituted or unsubstituted heterocyclic group or a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic hydrocarbon group; and salts thereof, into an agrochemically acceptable solid carrier (clay minerals capable of adsorption (including fuller's earth, terra alba, bentonite, and activated fuller's earth), zeolite, activated charcoal, and .beta.-cyclodextrin, etc.) under a pH 5.5 or less condition. The agrochemical (pesticidal) compositions exert potent shelf life and light-resistance.
