    Abstract: A torque steering angle sensor includes a ring magnet that rotates together with the first rotary member, a second magnetic field detecting element arranged opposite an outer peripheral surface of the ring magnet, a slide magnet arranged opposite the second magnetic field detecting element in the axial direction, and a slide mechanism moving the slide magnet in the axial direction depending on a rotation of the first rotary member; and wherein the steering angle computing portion includes a slide magnet distance computing portion calculating a migration length from a reference position of the slide magnet; and a steering angle correcting portion correcting an offset of the magnetic field strength in the radial direction based on the migration length and configures so as to compute the steering angle of the steering wheel using a magnetic field strength in the radial direction corrected by the steering angle correcting portion.

    Abstract: A method for producing a cable with a resin mold including a cable section comprising an electric wire and a sheath comprising a synthetic resin covering the electric wire, and a resin mold section into which a portion of the sheath is molded by a resin is provided. A portion of the cable section is received in a receiving space in a die formed with a molten resin inlet, an inflow passage, and a resin reservoir therein. A molten resin is injected from the inlet into the receiving space. A portion of the injected molten resin flows through the inflow passage and is retained in the resin reservoir. The portion of the sheath is molten by heat of the molten resin. The molten resin is solidified to thereby form a molded resin product. Its unnecessary portion solidified in the resin reservoir is removed from the molded resin product.

The fixing member holds the insulated electric wires that are exposed from the sheath in a bent state thereof between an end of the sheath and the lead wire. A central axis of a part of the sheath that is held by the fixing member intersects with a central axis of the tubular portion at a predetermined angle.

    Abstract: A cable with a sensor includes electrically insulated wires, a sheath for covering the electrically insulated wires together, a sensor, and a housing for sealing one end of the sheath, while receiving at least a portion of the sensor. The housing includes a receiving portion for receiving the at least portion of the sensor, a lead out portion for the sheath being drawn therefrom, and a curved cylinder section having a circular cross section. The curved cylinder section is provided between the receiving portion and the lead out portion, to hold the electrically insulated wires. The curved cylinder section is made of a molded resin formed in a circular cross sectional shape at right angles to a direction of extending of the electrically insulated wires. The electrically insulated wires are held in the middle of the circular cross section of the curved cylinder section.

The other electric wire is grounded at the other end of the sensor cord. The two electric wires include a resistance wire having a resistance of 1 k?/m or more. The detecting device detects a voltage of the resistance wire at one end of the sensor cord to detect the pressed position in a longitudinal direction of the sensor cord based on the detected voltage.
