  • Publication number: 20230098534
Abstract: A deposition apparatus includes: discharge nozzles arranged at predetermined intervals in a processing compartment in a deposition chamber, wherein each of the discharge nozzles comprises a discharge port that discharges aerosolized particulates toward a corresponding surface treatment object; linear motor single-axis robots arranged at predetermined intervals in a direction perpendicular to a nozzle arrangement direction; and nozzle head units that each adjust a mutual distance between the discharge port and a surface of the corresponding surface treatment object based on a shape of the corresponding surface treatment object, the nozzle head units moving along the nozzle arrangement direction, and the nozzle head units being arranged in each of the linear motor single-axis robots.

  • Patent number: 7682667
Abstract: An adhesion strength of spray coating comparable to that obtained in a conventional combination of blast treatment and gas flame spraying can be realized even if roughening is conducted with the use of simple tools by performing in advance such a roughening treatment that the average roughness (Ra) of the surface of the thermal spray subject falls within the range of 2 to 10 ?m with the use of a grinding tool, and thereafter carrying out thermal spraying under such conditions that the average area of each of molten particles when molten particles of a thermal spray material have stuck to the surface of thermal spray subject falls within the range of 10000 to 100000 ?m2. In the roughening by grinding tools, a large-scale apparatus is not needed as different from the blast treatment, and portable small tools can be used in overhead location work at field repair. The scattering of powder resulting from grinding is slight so that the danger of environmental pollution is low.

  • Publication number: 20070054062
Abstract: In the application of plasma spraying to a metal body, it is intended to attain reduction of spraying cost and improvement of working efficiency in roughening operation while maintaining anticorrosive effects. An adhesion strength of spray coating comparable to that obtained in the conventional combination of blast treatment and gas flame spraying can be realized even if roughening is conducted with the use of simple tools by performing in advance such a roughening treatment that the average roughness (Ra) of surface of thermal spray subject falls within the range of 2 to 10 ?m with the use of a grinding tool and thereafter carrying out thermal spraying under such conditions that the average area of each of molten particles when molten particles of a thermal spray material have stuck to the surface of thermal spray subject falls within the range of 10000 to 100000 ?m2.

  • Patent number: 4359183
Abstract: A handle of a carton is integrally formed of synthetic resin and is provided with a relatively rigid flange portion with an opening for insertion and a bag portion which is connected to a circumference of the opening. The bag portion includes a resilient expanded portion which has a larger dimension than the opening and a flexible bottom portion which is connected to the expanded portion at the opposite side of the opening. The bag portion is inserted into the opening of side wall of a carton, and the handle is equipped on the carton in such a manner that the flange portion and the expanded portion pinch the side wall of the carton.
