  • Patent number: 7490765
Abstract: A management computer 21 extracts product type information from a product type data storing unit 23 based on an input product type identifier, and receives information about a selected shipment destination. Then, the management computer 21 extracts a permission type from a shipment destination specification data storing unit 22 based on the product type and a shipment destination identifier. Further, the management computer 21 determines whether or not permission about the permission type has been obtained. When the permission has been obtained, the management computer 21 extracts a permission identifier. The management computer 21 extracts rating information of the product type data based on record items of the shipment destination specification data, and provides an instance format of the rating label.

  • Patent number: 7478691
Abstract: A delay time for delaying starting of an internal combustion engine in a hybrid vehicle is set to a predetermined time based on an engine coolant temperature and a state of an air conditioner switch. Starting of the engine is delayed for the predetermined time if it is determined that a vehicle can run using only a motor based on a required torque, a required power and an SOC of the battery. The predetermined time is determined based on a time necessary for completing preheating of an engine by a preheating device, preparations of sensors such as an air-furl ratio sensor, and warming-up of an exhaust gas purifying device. As a result, it is possible to efficiently perform start of the engine and operation immediately after the engine start, and to make control at the engine start time simple.

  • Patent number: 7456860
Abstract: Five infrared sensors are located in different height positions between respective main bodies 10A to 10H, and all of these infrared sensors transmit and receive 35 infrared rays pulse-coded in conformity with a start-stop system. In addition, these pulse-coded infrared rays have the signal width of, for example, 450 ?s, and are serially transmitted with a predetermined delay time in a period of 20 ms by a delayed synchronizing-signal. Intrusion surveillance is performed by identifying the pulse codes of these infrared rays. According to this, since not only interference among a plurality of infrared sensors is prevented, but also infrared rays are outputted in a short time, the occurrence of false alarms etc. decreases remarkably.

  • Publication number: 20070181356
Abstract: The technique of the invention determines whether input data for driving and controlling a cooling fan have any abnormality (steps S100 and S110), sets an actual drive level F* of the cooling fan to a high level (Hi) in the event of detection of any abnormality (step S130), and controls a fan motor to drive the cooling fan at the set drive level F* (step S140). This arrangement effectively prevents a temperature rise to an abnormally high level in any of an engine and motors even in the event of any abnormality arising in the input data.

  • Publication number: 20070052131
Abstract: A PET-based polyester packaging film capable of weld-cut sealing and heat-shrinkage refers to a film obtained by biaxially orienting a material prepared through block copolymerization of a PET/PETG/polyester elastomer with an epoxy resin and a catalyst. This film eliminates the most serious weak points in physical properties of conventional PET films, and is useful for packaging of books, bottlesets, food containers, etc., for general packaging, packaging of industrial materials, and the like, and is further useful in the field of packing and packaging of daily commodities, civil engineering and construction members, electric and electronic members, and automobile vehicle members, etc. Moreover, this film can be produced through effective use of the huge amount of recycled PET bottles and inexpensive PET for fiber as a prepolymer, and thus is also highly beneficial socially.

  • Patent number: 7150254
Abstract: The auto engine start control of the invention regulates a throttle valve to a restricted opening to reduce an air intake flow at an ordinary start of an engine (step S140). When the driver stamps on an accelerator pedal to raise an engine power demand Pe* to or above a preset threshold value Pref, the auto engine start control regulates the throttle valve to a standard opening to ensure the air intake flow corresponding to the engine power demand Pe* (step S150) and thereby cranks the engine. This arrangement desirably dampens potential vibration induced by ignition at the ordinary start of the engine, while ensuring prompt output of the required driving force from the engine under the condition of the higher engine power demand Pe*.

  • Publication number: 20060260853
Abstract: In a hybrid vehicle of the invention, the control procedure corrects an idling intake air flow Qidl to enable an engine immediately after its start to generate an output power Pe that is substantially equivalent to an engine power demand Pe*. After the correction, the control procedure controls the engine to have an intake air flow Qe with reflection of an intake air flow correction value Qec and controls a motor MG1 to generate electric power by using the output power Pe of the engine and to charge a battery with the generated electric power within an input limit Win of the battery. The control of the invention ensures that the output power Pe of the engine does not exceed the engine power demand Pe* in restriction of the charge level of the battery. This arrangement effectively prevents the state of charge SOC of the battery, which is charged with the electric power generated by the motor MG1, from exceeding the input limit Win.

  • Patent number: 7124363
Abstract: An example design information disclosure system includes a design information managing system for storing design information produced on the basis of a given format, a terminal system, connected to a communication network, having a terminal with an electronic mail function, and a design information disclosing system connected to the communication network. The disclosing system has a format converter and a storage to establish a TIFF file. The format converter receives design information at a predetermined timing when the design information is made to be stored into the design information storing system and converts the received design information into a format displayable on the terminal. The TIFF file is used to store the format-converted design information as terminal-use design information. The terminal system is configured to display on the terminal the terminal-use design information through the electronic mail function.

  • Patent number: 7077224
Abstract: When a starter switch is switched from OFF to ON, a hybrid ECU determines that a driver intends to start driving a vehicle, reads a temperature of each of items (engine coolant, injectors, lubricating oil, and the like), and makes a determination on the necessity of preheating depending on whether each of the items has reached a corresponding one of suitable temperatures. If preheating is required, the hybrid ECU sets an engine start permission flag so as to prohibit the engine from being started, and instructs an engine ECU to preheat the item requiring preheating. On the other hand, if every one of the items has reached the suitable temperature range of its own, the hybrid ECU determines that preheating is not required, and sets the engine start permission flag so as to permit the starting of the engine.

  • Patent number: 7058313
Abstract: In the multi-value modulation apparatus, one optical intensity detecting unit detects optical intensity of a modulation optical signal generated by one optical modulation signal generating unit and output from the variable optical attenuator. The detected optical intensity is provided to the comparator. Another optical intensity detecting unit detects optical intensity of a modulation optical signal output from another optical modulation signal generating unit. The attenuator attenuates the optical intensity detected by the another optical intensity detecting unit, and provides it to the comparator. The output of the comparator is provided to the optical variable attenuator as a control signal. The variable optical attenuator controls optical intensity of the modulation optical signal based on the control signal.
