  • Patent number: 8111316
Abstract: In a video camera, air outlet holes and air inlet holes are disposed in a panel-facing surface of a camera body. A duct is disposed inside the camera body and guides the air taken in through the air inlet holes to the air outlet holes. A first heat sink is so arranged as to extend from an image sensor into the duct, and the first heat sink releases the heat generated by the image sensor into the duct. A liquid crystal panel unit is movably disposed between a first position in which a first face of the liquid crystal panel unit including a display screen of a liquid crystal panel faces the panel-facing surface of the camera body and a second position in which a second face faces the panel-facing surface. When the liquid crystal panel unit is in the first position, the first face is so formed as to cover the air outlet holes and the air inlet holes.

  • Publication number: 20070132472
Abstract: Devices to be tested using the measuring terminal of a semiconductor testing apparatus are increased in number. The devices can be formed by executing a step at which a plurality of integrated circuits are provided on a wafer, a photomask for use in forming the integrated circuits is provided with first to nth device patterns, and test result outputs for use in checking that certain functions of the integrated circuits are normal have mutually different characteristics at the individual integrated circuits which correspond to the first to nth device patterns. This makes it possible to observe the test result outputs of the integrated circuits through the use of the common measuring device (measuring terminal) of the semiconductor testing apparatus and more easily increase the number of the devices to be measured simultaneously.

  • Patent number: 7203370
Abstract: An image signal processing apparatus includes two JPEG codecs. A plurality of frames of image signals periodically input from a multiplexer are individually compressed by the two JPEG codecs, and the compressed image signals are recorded on a hard disk by an HDD. Furthermore, the plurality of frames of the compressed image signals reproduced from the hard disk are individually expanded by the two JPEG codecs, and the expanded image signals are output to a monitor. Herein, each of the JPEG codecs selectively executes individual compression of the plurality of frames of the image signals and individual expansion of the plurality of frames of the compressed image signals. A CPU makes the JPEG codecs perform the compression process prior to the expansion process.

  • Patent number: 7168004
Abstract: A technique for testability of a semiconductor integrated circuit is disclosed. In a first step, a fault simulation is conducted based on a predetermined test pattern to discriminate detectable faults and undetectable faults from each other. In a second step, undetected faults are listed. In a third step, the test conditions for the undetected faults are determined. In a fourth step, a test pattern most likely to meet the test conditions is selected from among a plurality of test patterns. In a fifth step, the registers associated with the undetected faults are replaced with scan registers, while at the same time connecting the scan registers in a scan chain to thereby make up a modified circuit. In a sixth step, a fault simulation is conducted by switching to the test condition at the timing corresponding to the undetected faults using the test pattern for the modified circuit.

  • Patent number: 7146052
Abstract: A surveillance camera system includes a multiplexer. The multiplexer successively selects image data output from each surveillance camera one by one so as to input the selected image data to an image recording apparatus. The image data input to the image recording apparatus is subjected to a compression process by a compression expansion circuit and then, recorded on a hard disk. The compression process is performed on the basis of a reference coefficient stored in a management list within a memory. It is noted that a value capable of the image data to be compressed up to a size within a target range is set as a reference coefficient in an initialization process by a CPU. Furthermore, the reference coefficient is sequentially renewed by the CPU at a recording process.
