  • Patent number: 11098274
Abstract: Provided are a method for detecting a free rare tumor cell in a human biological fluid sample and assay kit. Specifically, the method of the invention determines the existence of an active tumor cell in a biological fluid sample of a cancer patient by detecting and confirming the existence of glucose absorption capability of a karyocyte and expression of a leukocyte marker (CD45).

  • Patent number: 11047858
Abstract: A method for detecting and typing rare tumor cells having high metabolic activity in a body fluid sample, comprising the following steps: incubating nucleated cells in a body fluid sample with a first metabolic marker and a second metabolic marker capable of producing fluorescence signals; detecting, by means of high-throughput imaging, uptake of all the fluorescence signals of the metabolic markers by cells, so as to determine the energy metabolism mode and intensity of the cells; and identifying and typing, according to the fluorescence signals of the metabolic marker combination, tumor cells having high metabolic activity in the body fluid sample. Further provided is a kit used for the detecting and typing method, comprising a microwell array chip, a first metabolic marker and a second metabolic marker capable of producing fluorescence signals, and fluorescence-labeled antibodies specific to leukocyte common antigen.

  • Publication number: 20170208018
Abstract: An embodiment of the present application discloses a method for using an exhaustible network resource. An exemplary method may include determining a type of the current service operation environment. The type may include a trustable environment and an untrustable environment. The current service operation may be able to influence the resource value of the exhaustible network resource. When the type of the current service operation environment is an untrustable environment, the method may also include limiting the resource value of the exhaustible network resource of the current service operation within a first-grade resource value. When the type of the current service operation environment is a trustable environment, the method may further include limiting the resource value of the exhaustible network resource of the current service operation within a second-grade resource value. The second-grade resource value may be larger than the first-grade resource value.

  • Patent number: 7220131
Abstract: According to various embodiments, exemplary interconnects and methods for interconnection are provided that can include contacts formed by fiber bundles. The exemplary interconnects can be used to form separable or non-separable electro-mechanical connections between one or more of the generally accepted six levels of interconnection. In various embodiments, the exemplary interconnects can allow management of the thermal properties of the electronic devices. Exemplary interconnects can also provided reduced thickness allowing redundancy and additional compliance as desired.
