  • Publication number: 20100303061
Abstract: The present invention is related to a technology of unified communication systems. In detail, the present invention is applied to a management of the communications of an enterprise end, that is, the combinations of the on-line presence of each user end and gateways in the enterprise end are brought into practice through variable embodiments. Hence, the number of each user end and the representative number of the enterprise end can be shown to represent the presence of on-line of the user end. More particularly, the present invention is focused on a network communication system for supporting non-specific network protocols and a network communication method thereof.

  • Publication number: 20080043725
Abstract: The present invention provides a novel method and system for placing VoIP calls through a web-based interface. With the present invention, the enterprise can easily build up their VoIP telecom system, and manage it with high security. Furthermore, the method may help the enterprise reduce the telecommunication cost. The method placing VoIP calls through web-based interfaces comprises a step of logining on a web-based interface by a caller to get a contact list. Then, the caller selects a callee from the contact list; the web-based interface checks the callee's status. Subsequently, the system constructs a VoIP connection of a VoIP protocol between the caller and the callee when the callee is available. Next, the web-based interface controls a VoIP gateway after said VoIP connection is built. The next step is to control a PBX (private branch exchange) by the VoIP gateway to ring back a caller's extension.

  • Publication number: 20080019354
Abstract: The present invention discloses an auto-hunting system for group-collective VoIP number VoIP. The system includes an operator r module, VoIP gateway, RJ11, PRI or BRI, private branch exchange (PBX), and an extension device. The above-mentioned operator module may be the software or merely a set of computer-executable instructions stored in the server or in the VoIP gateway. The operator module may contain a plurality of lines. Each line within the operator module would be connected to one specific VoIP phone number, an identification (account) of VoIP applications, or an Internet protocol address. According to interconnect the IP network and the PBX system, the VoIP gateway converts between analog voice signal and IP information packets. RJ11, PRI, BRI is used to connect PBX and the extension device.

  • Publication number: 20070234372
Abstract: The present invention provides a management system for USB (universal serial bus) audio device cluster, and various connection examples. The present invention includes several non-distinct USB audio devices on single system, each USB audio still seems as an independent device in the system and also has its corresponding vendor's driver. However, without present invention, users hardily distinguish the difference among each device by the vendor's driver, and it is very inconvenient and confusing to the users. In accordance with the present invention, users only need to verify pseudo drivers which are labeled with different names, so there won't be any problems for users to recognize distinct USB audio devices. The management system of the present invention using between the users and the USB audio devices cluster can support one-to-one mapping, and further support one-to-many, many-to-many, and many-to-one mappings under the management module.
