In particular, aspects of the present disclosure can involve the intake of data on an environment and output of augmented data on the environment with the photorealistic addition of an object. As one example, data on the driving experiences of a self-driving vehicle can be augmented to add another vehicle into the collected environment data. The augmented data may then be used to test safety features of software for a self-driving vehicle.

    Abstract: Detecting fine-grained similarity in image includes determining a core area of a search image by generating an image salient map from a plurality of layers of the search image and determining a connected area based on the image salient map. Feature descriptors are generated from the core area of the search image. A plurality of capsule vectors are generated from different ones of a plurality of keypoints of the feature descriptors. Capsule vectors of the search image are compared with capsule vectors of each image of the dataset to generate a top-K matrix. Similarity scores for the top-K matrix are calculated. One or more image of the dataset having fine-grained similarity with the search image are selected based a bundled similarity score for each image of the dataset. The bundled similarity score is a summation of the similarity scores of the image.

A runtime matrix that includes identifiers of runtime environments is accessed. The matrix also includes, for each of the runtime environments, a frequency of use of the runtime environment to train previously trained AI models using each of the plurality of types of processing. One or more of the runtime environments is selected for output to the user based at least in part on the profile of the user and the runtime matrix. Identifiers of the selected one or more of the runtime environments are output to a user interface of the user along with a suggestion to use one of the selected one or more of the runtime environments.

The preparation method includes: S1, adding polycaprolactone and polyvinylpyrrolidone into a binary organic solvent, performing ultrasonic treatment, and then adding reduced graphene oxide nanoparticles to obtain a spinning solution; S2, electrospinning with the spinning solution and then washing for several times to obtain a semi-finished conduit product; and S3, injecting a cell mixture into the semi-finished conduit product to obtain the nerve conduit. A fiber surface of the nerve conduit has groove structures, and thus a specific surface area and cell adhesion sites are increased, and adhesion and proliferation of cells are facilitated.

Images of an object with a first set of perspectives are received from a dataset used to train the vision model. A three-dimensional model of the object is then generated using the images of the object from the dataset. Using the three-dimensional model of the object, images of the object with a second set of perspectives are obtained. For example, the second set of perspectives may include different perspectives than the perspectives of the object from the images contained in the dataset. The dataset used to train the vision model may then be augmented with such images of the object with a second set of perspectives. In this manner, the dataset used to train the vision model includes a greater number of perspectives of the object thereby improving the accuracy of the vision model.
