A second contact pad (500) is arranged lateral to a first contact pad (420) in an interconnect structure (400). As a result, during fabrication of the interconnect structure (400), the first contact pad (420) will not be present alone in a large bland area, due to the presence of the second contact pad (500). Thus, a pattern feature for the first contact pad (420) will not be over-resolved, increasing formation accuracy of the first contact pad (420) and thus guaranteeing good electrical transmission performance of the resulting interconnect structure (400).

    Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a method for recycling all types of lithium batteries. First, the lithium battery waste is acid-leached to obtain a solution containing most of metal ions. After filtering, the solution is separated from the remaining solids, and then the obtained solution is subjected to separate precipitation many times. After separately adjusting the pH value of the solution many times, adding precipitants with a high selectivity ratio, and matching with filtration and separation reaction, all ions in the lithium battery waste are sequentially precipitated in forms of iron phosphate (FePO4), aluminum hydroxide (Al(OH)3), manganese oxide (MnO2), dicobalt trioxide (cobalt oxide, Co2O3), nickel hydroxide (Ni(OH)2), and lithium carbonate (Li2CO3).

The guiding element penetrates the stabilizing plate to connect with the cap and provides a channel to the chamber. The electrode is guided by the guiding element and penetrates the chamber via the channel. When the electrode processes a workpiece in the chamber during an electrochemical machining operation, the cap takes a pressure generated during the electrochemical machining operation, and the stabilizing plate stabilizes the electrode and the guiding element.

    Abstract: An electrochemical machining apparatus with a clamping device and an electrode aligned in the same direction includes a platen, a lower seat, an anode electrode and a cathode electrode.
