  • Patent number: 12009202
Abstract: A structure is provided that includes a first conductive component and a first interlayer dielectric (ILD) that surrounds the first conductive component. A self-assembly layer is formed on the first conductive component but not on the first ILD. A first dielectric layer is formed over the first ILD but not over the first conductive component. A second ILD is formed over the first conductive component and over the first ILD. An opening is etched in the second ILD. The opening is at least partially aligned with the first conductive component. The first dielectric layer protects portions of the first ILD located therebelow from being etched. The opening is filled with a conductive material to form a second conductive component in the opening.

  • Publication number: 20240178002
Abstract: A method includes forming a material layer over a substrate, forming a first hard mask (HM) layer over the material layer, forming a first trench, along a first direction, in the first HM layer. The method also includes forming first spacers along sidewalls of the first trench, forming a second trench in the first HM layer parallel to the first trench, by using the first spacers to guard the first trench. The method also includes etching the material layer through the first trench and the second trench, removing the first HM layer and the first spacers, forming a second HM layer over the material layer, forming a third trench in the second HM layer. The third trench extends along a second direction that is perpendicular to the first direction and overlaps with the first trench. The method also includes etching the material layer through the third trench.

  • Patent number: 11973261
Abstract: An antenna structure with wide radiation bandwidth in a reduced physical space includes a metallic housing, a first feed portion, and a second feed portion. The metallic housing includes a metallic side frame and a metallic back board. The metallic side frame defines a slot, and first and second gaps. The metallic side frame between the first gap and one end of the slot forms a first radiation portion. The second gap divides the first radiation portion into first and second radiation sections. The first feed portion feeds current and signal to the first radiation section, and the first radiation section works in a GPS mode and a WIFI 2.4 GHz mode. The second feed portion feeds current and signal to the second radiation section, and the second radiation section works in a WIFI 5 GHz mode.

  • Patent number: 4636446
Abstract: An improved stopper structure for a storage battery container according to the present invention is basically defined as a unit including a plurality of hollow stopper supports which comprise threaded support, a spongy rubber, and a rubber pad within each hollow stopper support. Each stopper support has a cylindrical shape with a hollow center to accomodate the abovementioned elements, respectively. The gas that evolves during battery operation is blocked by a stopper, additionally, the water vapor has no way to escape, therefore, the amount of battery fluid loss is reduced. At a time that the evolved gas within the hollow stopper support possesses enough pressure, the rubber pad will be forced to curve upwardly. As a result, the gas may be evolved along a slot provided across the bottom surface of a trough carrying the stopper supports.
