Abstract: A rack of a yogurt machine is disclosed. The yogurt machine includes a main body, which has a surface to which a controller is mounted and is recessed to form an accommodation compartment for receiving a blower assembly mounted therein and in connection with the controller. At least one rack is mounted atop the main body and includes, at a lower portion thereof, a lower rack frame that is stacked on and coupled to the main body. The lower rack frame has an inner surface on which coupling projections are mounted and is coupled, with a top thereof, to an upper rack frame that is inwardly contracted with respect to and extends upward from the lower rack frame. The upper rack frame receives a horizontal support board therein and includes yogurt fermentation cups mounted thereto. A top cover is fit to a top rim of the upper rack frame.

Abstract: The dryer is disclosed. The dryer comprises a base seat, at least a netted-rack and a top cover, the top portion of the base seat being mounted with a cutting for fruit and vegetable or a netted-rack for placement of food, and the top portion of the netted-rack being disposed with the top cover, characterized in that a heater is mounted to the base seat and an upward fan, and the external side is a wind hood having a center air opening for suction of hot air and an air-screen at the side for discharging of hot air, the top and bottom of the netted-rack are supporting blocks which can be turned over 180 degree and can be stacked or placed alternately and the top cover at the uppermost layer of the netted-rack is provided with a supporting block so as to increase and decrease the distance between the supporting blocks.

Abstract: A coffee maker structure is disclosed. The coffee maker comprises a base seat, a water container and a siphoning tube container. The ends provided on the base seat connect electricity to the heating base seat and a sensing switch to boil water. The siphoning tube container is with a powder isolation pad and contains coffee powder. The siphoning tube passes through to the water container. Steam is passed through the siphoning tube to the siphoning tube container to the coffee powder. The heating base seat generates heat and switches on the sensing switch to cut off the electric power of the base seat. The temperature of the water container is lowered and water is recycled to the water container.

Abstract: An improved structure of a roasting device is disclosed. The roasting device has a bean-roasting chamber with a body mounted with a heat dissipation seat. The heat dissipation seat is provided with a bottom seat having a position hole and contains a fan. The top portion of the motor is a debris disc having through holes and net body. The blowing of fan accelerates cooling of the roasted beans and the quality of bean is preserved. The external of the bean roasting chamber is provided with fastening hook for mounting a protective net having a fastening ring so that the touch of the high temperature bean is prevented.

Abstract: An improved structure of a roasting device is disclosed. The roasting device comprises a body, a bean-roasting chamber, a bean-entering cover, a front frame board, front cover, connecting elements, a rear cover, fan, filter, fan seat, controller, cooling device, and control panel. The roasting device allows the exhausted gas within the chamber to be forced out and the oil fume and particles are filtered. This will improve environmental pollution and the quality of the roasted bean is improved. The roasted beans are prevented from being squeezed out from the chamber and the speed of cooling of the roasted beans is increased.

Abstract: A baking oven includes a housing having a baking chamber formed with a lateral opening, the housing having a top formed with a plurality of ventilation holes, a smoke filter mounted within the housing and located under the ventilation holes, a cover engaged with an end of the housing and provided with a transparent window, a tray inserted into the housing, a dropping mechanism mounted within the housing and provided with a baffle configured to close the opening of the baking chamber and a guiding plate forming a slope for transfer of baked foods, an electric fan mounted under the tray, a cooling tray mounted under the guiding plate of the dropping mechanism and located below the electric fan, the cooling tray being formed with a plurality of slots, an electric stirrer mounted in the cooling tray, and a bottom container arranged under the cooling tray.
