  • Patent number: 11985784
Abstract: A server information handling system is secured by a bezel that couples to an access location, such as an air vent at a front or rear face of a housing. The bezel includes a security structure having a lock and configured to couple directly at the front face or with a bezel extension at the rear face so that the server information handling system can use the same bezel with both a front face or rear face rack mount. The bezel has a lock integrated with the security structure, an air filter that fits over the security structure to filter air flowing into the housing, and a filter brace that captures the air filter by coupling to the security structure over the air filter. The filter brace attaches and detaches at the security structure when the security structure locks a server information handling system housing so that the air filter can be changed while the housing remains secure.

  • Publication number: 20100300505
Abstract: A photovoltaic device having multiple photoelectric conversion cells disposed in a tandem configuration and a chemical vapor deposition method for fabricating the same are disclosed. Each photoelectric conversion cell has a different band gap energy and includes a p-type semiconductor layer, an intrinsic semiconductor layer and an n-type semiconductor layer in sequential touching contact. Each semiconductor layer is formed of a nano-crystalline semiconductor containing silicon as a principal constituent. The semiconductor layer may be deposited by a novel chemical vapor deposition method which utilizes plasma and laser energies simultaneously to decompose a film forming gas, thereby forming a semiconductor film on a substrate. The chemical vapor deposition process may be carried out on a continuously conveying substrate, thereby permitting high throughput production of the photovoltaic device.

  • Publication number: 20100147361
Abstract: Embodiments of a monolithic tandem junction solar cell are described that include a CIGS bottom cell and top cell forming an n-i-p diode comprising n-type, i-type and p-type layers of a ?c-SiCGe:H with approximate Eg=1.7 to 1.75 eV. Another embodiment of the top cell uses n-type, i-type and p-type ?c-SiC:H. In another embodiment, the i-type layer comprises alternating layers of intrinsic ?c-SiC:H and ?c-SiGe:H. The thicknesses of these alternating layers are adjusted to achieve the desired effective composition of carbon and germanium and the desired optical band gap. Preferably this embodiment includes an n-type layer of ?c-SiC:H and a p-type layer of ?c-SiC:H. A superstrate embodiment is described that has a top cell forming a n-p diode with n-type and p-type polycrystalline SiCGe or SiC. In an alternative superstrate embodiment the p-type layer structure in top cell comprises alternating layers of pc-SiC and pc-SiGe.
