  • Publication number: 20100095313
Abstract: An optical disk transport device for optical disk playing device comprises: a delivery roll and an optical disk guiding device located at the optical disk insertion inlet; a pair of detection bars provided with detection parts contacting the periphery of the optical disk inserted from the optical disk insertion inlet, and the detection bars being capable of freely rotating around respective rotary pivots; a linkage plate for controlling the pair of detection bars to move together; an elastic part making the detection bars to rotate according to the direction that makes the detection parts to contact the periphery of the optical disk; and an optical disk baffle for stopping the transport of the small diameter optical disk as the center of the small diameter optical disk passing the center of the plummer; the detection parts of the pair of detection bars are located between the delivery roll and the plummer.

  • Patent number: 7669211
Abstract: A disk-chucking device comprises a pressing member including a circular groove which is provided around a circumference of the clamp member, and a clamping member mounted on a turning plate for clasping the circular groove of the pressing member. The turning plate provides a through hole at the center thereof which allows the pressing member passing through, and a plurality of first notch portions disposed along the circumference of the through hole. The turning plate is slidably connected to a mounting board through the clamping member. The turning plate can rotate with respect to the mounting board to move the pressing member vertically. Thus, the pressing member can be pressed onto and removed from a disk support of the displayer according to the rotation of the turning plate. The present disk-chucking device can chuck the disk securely regardless of the position of the disk player.

  • Publication number: 20090276798
Abstract: An optical disk transport device for optical disk player comprises a carrying roller, an optical disk guiding part located above the carrying roller, an elastic part for pressing the carrying roller towards the optical disk guiding part, and a motor for driving the carrying roller to rotate. The roll body of the carrying roller is of a bipyramidal structure with the diameter gradually decreasing from the two ends to the middle. The positions on the optical disk guiding part opposite to each pyramid of the carrying roller are provided with at least one rotatable driven roller. The rotating axes of each driven roller are located in the plane which is the rotating axis of the carrying roller located in and is vertical to the roof of the optical disk playing device, or are parallel to the plane. The ends adjacent to the middle of the carrying roller of each driven roller slant upwards, so as to make the driven rollers only contact the outer margin of the optical disk when the optical disk is inserted.

  • Publication number: 20080100949
Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic stop mechanism for a tape recorder comprising a circular member having a driving pin, a swing member hinged onto a main board of the recorder, a driving member which can make the swing member push a locking level to move transversely, and a torsion spring member configured to make the end portion of the driving arm cling to the periphery of the cam when a stop button of the tape recorder is pressed down. The automatic stop mechanism can achieve the automatic stop in every work state.

  • Patent number: 5716453
Abstract: An improved method and apparatus for applying a primer to a wafer surface prior to coating the wafer with photoresist is provided. The method comprises priming a wafer with HMDS, removing the wafer from the priming chamber, and closing the chamber. Next, the chamber, piping and primer source are evacuated. The bubbler canister, piping and wafer chamber are held at a pressure of about 15 inches H.sub.2 O while the priming tool is idle between wafer priming operations. By maintaining the vaporizer, piping and wafer chamber at a partial vacuum, the primer will be prevented from condensing and forming harmful droplets on the wafer surface. The invention prevents primer condensation from forming on the wafer, thus improving photolithographic yields and device yields.
