  • Publication number: 20040007133
Abstract: An air-liquid separating apparatus for compressed air includes a cooling device adapted to be connected to an air source via a first transfer tube. The cooling device includes a liquid cooling tank filled with cooling agent and a cooling tube spiraled in the liquid cooling tank for condensing and separating the mist in the compressed air. An air-liquid separating tank is connected to the liquid cooling tank, wherein the compressed air is cooled and released again in the air-liquid separating tank. The air-liquid separating tank includes a backflow tube connected to the air-liquid separating tank for outputting the compressed air. The backflow tube is provided to carry the heat from the cooling device.

  • Patent number: 6616719
Abstract: An air-liquid separating method and apparatus for compressed air. The high pressure air output from an air compressor is transferred through a transfer tube to pass through the cooling tube of a cooling tank. The cooling tube has a diameter larger than that of the transfer tube so that the high pressure air goes from a smaller room into a larger room and the pressure is relieved. The temperature of the high pressure air is lowered due to relief of the pressure and the pressure of the vapor is, approximately the saturated vapor pressure. The cooled high pressure air is further transferred to an air-liquid separating tank. The temperature of the air is lowered to the dew point due to further relief of pressure. At this time, the vapor contained in the high pressure air is condensed into liquid water which drops onto the bottom of the air-liquid separating tank and separates from the air.

  • Patent number: 6616518
Abstract: A dust collector of a grinding device includes an inner cover and an outer cover. The outer cover encloses the inner cover and is not extending to a whole periphery of the inner cover, but a notch is formed. The outer cover has a lower edge, and when the dust collector is installed to a grinding device, the inner cover is installed between a grinding disk of a grinding device and a body of the grinding device. The inner cover and the grinding disk define a first chamber. The outer cover enclosing the inner cover and the grinding disk; defining a second chamber with the inner cover and the grinding disk.

  • Patent number: 6343982
Abstract: A pneumatic sander structure including a dustproof cover disposed between a top face of the middle section of the shaft and the bearing in the lower bearing seat. The outer edge of the dustproof cover upward extends to the lower bearing seat and is kept spaced therefrom by a very small gap, whereby the air flowing into the lower bearing seat can be exhausted, while the dust outside the dustproof cover is prevented from entering the dustproof cover.

  • Patent number: 5879228
Abstract: A pneumatic grinding/polishing machine is disclosed. It includes a fixed upper casing, a lower casing, an annular wall, an upper sealing member, a lower sealing member, a rotor, multiple vanes, a central shaft assembly and a grinding tray assembly. An inlet port of the annular wall is disposed above an outlet port and the inlet port and the outlet port are isolated from each other by a middle stopper ring. The upper sealing member has an upper stopper ring and an upper cover body. The lower sealing member has a lower stopper ring and a lower cover body. A dustproof sheath is disposed around the second bearing for preventing the splashing dusts from contacting with the second bearing. Therefore, this invention is easy to assemble and manufacture, no leakage, long using life.
