Abstract: A method for dynamically changing a WRF parameterization scheme combination based on a surface pressure distribution situation includes steps of (S1) constructing a database having a corresponding relation between a historical surface pressure distribution situation and an optimal parameterization scheme combination; and (S2) obtaining an optimal parameterization scheme combination corresponding to the historical surface pressure distribution situation by querying a historical surface pressure distribution situation closest to an actual precipitation forecast surface pressure distribution situation in the database, and running WRF by the optimal parameterization scheme combination corresponding to the historical surface pressure distribution situation, so as to carry out an actual precipitation forecast. The present invention has advantages as follows.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention is a method for forecasting runoff under influence of an upstream reservoir group by utilizing forecasting errors. The method comprises: collecting data; establishing a regulation and storage influence quantity estimation model by utilizing a known hydrological model and a KNN model according to the collected data; driving the hydrological model by combining the collected data to predict a future runoff volume; obtaining a forecast error in a previous time period; obtaining a future regulation and storage influence quantity estimated value according to the forecast error in the previous time period in combination with the regulation and storage influence quantity estimation model; and superposing the future runoff volume and the future regulation and storage influence quantity estimated value to obtain a runoff forecast value in a future time period.

Abstract: A plastic packaging material testing system and method based on an internet of things and cloud technology including a cloud computing center that achieves data communication, data storage and data processing between customers and testing laboratory, computing center includes a private and public cloud. With the function of the internet of things, the testing system modules achieve the automatic acquisition, storage, parsing and transmission of the testing information and testing data. It combines test methods, testing instruments, modern logistics technology and software system together, which solves the problems that current testing instruments cannot achieve the massive test data storage and internet technology applications and avoids the one-time investment on the instruments purchasing and laboratory construction.

It includes: cloud computing center, this system module achieves the data communication, data storage and data processing between the customers and testing laboratory. There is public or private cloud for cloud computing center. For the private cloud, data will be stored as a separated group of data in the database server based on the private infrastructure which is provided by the system provider. The system provider provides the most effective control of data, data security and the service quality. For the public cloud, system provider ensures the system running and provides the data service by renting available cloud which is provided by the third party provider.
