Abstract: A system for monitoring a user and coordinating one or more alert response by one or more first responders and configured to connect to one or more monitoring devices. The system includes a mobile device configured to perform operations. The operations include obtain user data from a continuous user data stream from the one or more monitoring devices, determine, based on the user data stream and user historical records, a safe zone of the user, and determine, based on a user data stream and user historical records, whether a current state or a predicted state of the user is within the safe zone and/or a danger zone defined as being outside the safe zone.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods related to security devices that can detect potential theft of valuable or important objects. In some embodiments, the security device can be embedded in or attached to an object of concern and provide notifications in relation to an unauthorized contact to the object (or contact to a container object including the object) and carrying away the object. When such unauthorized theft occurs, in some embodiments, the security device can provide a notification, such as a visual notification or auditory notification, or tactile notification.

Abstract: A system for anonymous voice communications between members of an online community includes a server, a member database, and a switch. The server receives a call request from a first member identifying a second member. The server searches the member database for screening data associated with the second member, and the call request is validated based upon the screening data. The screening data may include a preferred member list, geographic proximity restrictions, personal or demographic preferences, and/or time restrictions, which may be compared to the profile of the first member to determine whether to authorize the call request. Once validated, a call notice is sent to the second member, identifying the first member and requesting acceptance of the call request. If accepted, telephone numbers of the members are obtained, e.g., from the member database, and the switch connects the members via a telecommunications network.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating communication between members of online communities based upon shared travel-related interests are provided. A member database includes identities of members and geographic data related to respective members, e.g., residence locations, travel destinations of interest, and/or specific travel plans. Members may search the member database for other members having associations with selected travel destinations. For example, a member may search for members planning to travel to a destination at the same time as the searching member, for members who reside at a travel destination to which the searching member plans to travel, or for members traveling to the searching member's hometown. Messages may then be conveyed between the members related to their common travel-related plans and interests.
