A mobile communication system comprising a mobile terminal (1) having a location measurement function and being capable of locating its position, a radio access network (2) and a core network (3) including a specific communication information server (407). A user defines one or more specific communication areas and one or more other communication parties by contract with a mobile communication carrier which manages the mobile communication system such that reduced communication fees (specific communication fees) are applied to communication with the other communication parties in the specific communication areas. The specific communication information server stores information on the user, the specific communication areas and the other communication parties.

Abstract: An information distribution system and an information distribution method in which a user can view content on a personal digital assistant without complicated operation, thereby obtaining detailed information from an information distributor efficiently without fail. An information distribution system comprises a personal digital assistant for viewing a distribution file delivered by an information distributor, a distribution file server for storing the distribution file to be delivered to the personal digital assistant, and a command mail server for storing as email a command to specify the personal digital assistant to which the distribution file is to be delivered. The command mail server sends the email to the personal digital assistant. The personal digital assistant determines whether or not the email is addressed thereto based on command information provided by the email.

Abstract: An image printing system using a cellular phone with camera, which offers useful services for a user who possesses a cellular phone with camera but does not have means for easily printing out images taken by the cellular phone. The image printing system using a cellular phone with camera includes a means for connecting a cellular phone with camera to a portrait seal printing machine. Image data of an image taken by the cellular phone with camera is fed into the portrait seal printing machine, and the portrait seal printing machine produces and prints out portrait seals based on the image data.
