  • Publication number: 20190301019
Abstract: There is provided a boron-based film forming method for forming a boron-based film mainly containing boron on a substrate. The method includes steps of loading a substrate into a chamber of a film forming apparatus for forming the boron-based film by plasma CVD using capacitively-coupled plasma, supplying a processing gas containing a boron-containing gas into the chamber, applying a high frequency power for generating the capacitively-coupled plasma and forming the boron-based film on the substrate by generating a plasma of the processing gas by the high frequency power. A film stress of the boron-based film is adjusted by the high frequency power in the applying step.

  • Publication number: 20160351284
Abstract: An aluminum electrical wire includes an aluminum wire. In the radial cross section of the aluminum wire vertical to the longitudinal cross section, the average grain size of metal micro structure of the aluminum wire at the center thereof is larger than that in the periphery thereof. The aluminum wire therefore has high mechanical strength and break elongation as well as resistances to high-cycle fatigue and high-temperature creep.

  • Patent number: 8542377
Abstract: When new image data is received by a communication I/F portion, a determination portion determines whether or not a password set to image data stored in the storage portion coincides with a password set to new image data received by the reception portion. A second image forming control portion does not execute image formation based on the new image data with a first image forming control portion when the determination portion determines that a password set to image data stored in the storage portion coincides with a password set to new image data received by the communication I/F portion.

  • Patent number: 8332823
Abstract: There is provided a means to perform a source-level verification by a third-party organization in a shorter time, while preventing leakage of technology and know-how of an ISV (Independent Software Vendor). An AP (Application Program) verification system is composed of an AP development site and a verification organization connected via a network. An API-in-use (Application Program Interface-in-use) extracting functionality extracts information relating to the API (Application Program Interface) used in a source code. The encryption functionality encrypts the source code. The API-in-use set and the encrypted source code are transmitted to the verification organization by the AP transmitting functionality. The API-in-use validity checking functionality of the verification organization verifies the validity of the API being used. If the API being used is valid, the digital signature functionality provides a digital signature to the encrypted source code.

  • Patent number: 7664514
Abstract: The object is to enable suppression of an excessive number of changes in assignment of a server in charge of communication in response to movement of a terminal. A position-information acquisition unit in a computer acquires information on the position of a mobile terminal as a candidate for a destination of information provision. Then, a zone determination unit determines whether or not the mobile terminal is in a coverage zone or a margin zone on the basis of the information on the position. An information provision unit starts the information provision to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal enters the coverage zone, and ends the information provision to the mobile terminal when the mobile terminal goes out of the margin zone.

  • Patent number: 7359497
Abstract: This invention is to enable transfer of a right to speak in an audio teleconference in view of usability. In this invention, a PoC server is introduced to achieve new functions, such as transfer of the right to speak, reservation to acquire the right to speak, and deprivation of the right to speak. The PoC server has a teleconference presence manager, a teleconference manager, and a teleconference audio communication manager. The right to speak is managed in a presence data storage of the teleconference presence manager. The teleconference presence manager directly manages the presence data storage, but the teleconference manager manages transfer of the right to speak. In addition, the teleconference manager manages reservation of the right to speak by a storage for a reservation list of the right to speak. The teleconference audio communication manager carries out routing of audio data. At that time, only audio data received from a user holding the right to speak is transferred.

  • Patent number: 7271771
Abstract: A film antenna whose antenna characteristics are unaffected by chassis is provided. A recessed groove portion 26 is formed in a ground portion 13 which is attached to a chassis 18. A first radiating element portion 14 is formed from a wall 26a on one side of the groove portion 26 to a wall 26b on the other side. A capacitive coupling piece portion 27 which is capacitively coupled via a specified gap g to the first radiating element portion 14 is formed on the wall 26b on the other side to thereby allow antenna characteristics to be unaffected by the chassis 18.

  • Publication number: 20070127670
Abstract: A communication control method of this invention includes: when a call-in request to a chat for another participant in a voice-based teleconference by a first participant of the voice-based teleconference is received, transmitting the call-in request to the chat to a terminal of another participant; and when a participation response to the chat by another participant is received, carrying out a presence management setting so as to enable the first participant and a participant replying the participation response to update and subscribe dialogue contents of the chat, which are managed as presence data delivered to subscribers when updated. Thus, by using the presence technique, it becomes possible that the conference is shifted from the voice-based teleconference to the character-based teleconference and both of the conferences coexist.
