  • Patent number: 11559062
Abstract: An inside air control apparatus includes: a gas supply device that performs a gas supply operation for supplying low oxygen concentration air into a container; and a controller that controls an operation of the gas supply device so that the inside air has desired composition. The controller is configured to be able to execute, if an oxygen concentration of the inside air is higher than a target oxygen concentration, a carbon dioxide concentration controlling operation for controlling composition of the inside air to be desired composition by causing the gas supply device to perform the gas supply operation, while allowing the gas supply device to change the amount of gas supply such that the carbon dioxide concentration of the inside air falls within a predetermined reference concentration range.

Abstract: A CA system includes a gas supply device which performs a gas supply operation of supplying nitrogen-enriched air into a container, and a controller which performs the gas supply operation so that the inside air has a desired composition. The controller performs carbon dioxide priority control in which the controller performs the gas supply operation if an oxygen concentration of the inside air is equal to or higher than a ceiling concentration higher than a target oxygen concentration, stops the gas supply operation if a carbon dioxide concentration of the inside air is lowered to a critical concentration lower than a target carbon dioxide concentration, and restarts the gas supply operation if the carbon dioxide concentration of the inside air has reached a restart concentration higher than the target carbon dioxide concentration through breathing of the plants.

  • Patent number: 11419341
Abstract: While an inside air control system is performing an air composition maintenance action, a controller instructs a gas supply device to operate while switching among a first supply operation, a second supply operation, an outside air supply operation, and a standby operation. In the first supply operation, first low oxygen concentration air is supplied into a container. In the second supply operation, second low oxygen concentration air having a lower oxygen concentration than the first low oxygen concentration air is supplied into the container. • Patent number: 11144024
Abstract: A carbon dioxide sensor (92) measures the carbon dioxide concentration of inside air. An inside air control system (30) controls the carbon dioxide concentration of the inside air based on a measured value obtained by the carbon dioxide sensor (92). If the measured value obtained by the carbon dioxide sensor (92) returns to a predetermined normal range after falling outside the normal range, the controller (110) of the inside air control system (30) performs a determination operation. The determination operation is an operation for supplying outdoor air to the carbon dioxide sensor (92) to determine whether or not the carbon dioxide sensor (92) is normal.

  • Patent number: 10617127
Abstract: A gas supply device supplies an internal space of a container with nitrogen-enriched air to reduce an oxygen concentration of the internal space. If the oxygen concentration of the internal space gradually falls to reach a reference concentration C2, the gas supply device stops. If outside air enters the internal space at a gap between the container and a container refrigeration apparatus, the oxygen concentration of the internal space rises after the stop of the gas supply device. If the oxygen concentration of the internal space rises to reach an upper limit concentration C3, an internal fan controller switches a rotational speed of an internal fan from “HIGH” to “LOW.” The gas supply device is activated. As a result, the amount of the outside air entering the internal space can be reduced to reliably drop the oxygen concentration of the internal space.

  • Patent number: 10295243
Abstract: A gas supply device is configured such that its supply state is switchable between a first supply state supplying, as supply air, nitrogen-enriched air produced from outside air into a containe, and a second supply state in which the gas supply device takes outside air therein and supplies, as supply air, the outside air into the container. A CA system is provided with a branch pipe which guides at least part of the supply air flowing through a supply passage to an oxygen sensor, and an open/close valve which opens/closes the branch pipe. An outside air calibration operation is performed in which the open/close valve is opened in the second supply state to guide the least part of the outside air flowing through the supply passage to the oxygen sensor, thereby calibrating the oxygen sensor using the outside air.

  • Patent number: 9907316
Abstract: Disclosed is a gas supply device provided for a container in which a breathing plant is housed. The device supplies nitrogen-enriched air into the container. The device is provided with a malfunction diagnosis section which checks whether each of components of the device works properly or not and specifies a malfunctioning portion if an oxygen concentration of the nitrogen-enriched air does not fall to or below a predetermined concentration. The malfunction diagnosis section checks whether each of an air pump, a motor, and a switching mechanism works properly or not, and determines that an adsorbent is not working properly when it is determined that all of the air pump, the motor, and the switching mechanism are working properly.
