The processor may be further configured to generate traffic condition data for the road. The processor may be further configured to determine speed changes data associated with one or more vehicles. The processor may be further configured to calculate congestion length, time period, congestion speed for the one or more vehicles to reach a non-congestion state from a congestion state. The processor may be further configured to generate the traffic congestion data, based on the speed changes data, congestion length, a time period and congestion speed associated with the one or more vehicles on the road.

Abstract: A system, a method, and a computer program product may be provided for generating navigation instructions. The system may include a memory configured to store computer executable instructions and a processor configured to execute the computer executable instructions to retrieve sensor data associated with at least one vehicle travelling along a route having at least one intersection and map data associated with the route from a map database. The sensor data indicates intersection information relating to the at least one intersection. The intersection information comprises an intersection category and an intersection type. The map data comprises traffic-related information for a plurality of intersection connected links. The processor may be further configured to determine a turn cost correction factor for the at least one intersection, based on the sensor data and the map data. The processor may be further configured to store the turn cost correction factor within the map database.

Abstract: An approach is provided for identifying and characterizing mobile work zones (e.g., roadway striping, pothole filling, tree trimming, etc.). The approach, for example, involves processing probe data at a lane level to determine at least one forward forming shockwave associated with a congestion front of a mobile roadwork zone on at least one lane. The approach also involves providing data indicating the mobile roadwork zone as an output. The approach further involves determining a propagation rate of the mobile roadwork zone. The approach further involves determining a congestion recovery speed, where the congestion is caused by the mobile roadwork zone.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a system, a method, and a computer program product for updating map data. The system, for example, obtains sensor data from one or more user equipment. The sensor data is associated with a road object. Further, the system, determines a first location of a road observation sight and a second location of the road object based on a timestamp associated with the first location. Further, a distance associated with the second location of the road object and a center point of a link, is calculated. The link is a map matched link associated with the second location. Further, the system updates the map data based on the calculated distance.

Abstract: Molecular markers linked to main QTL for regulating resistance of rice to whitebacked planthopper are provided. The QTL is located on rice chromosome 1, with a genetic distance of 30.88-34.32 cM and a physical distance of 7203302-8007653 bp. Then the molecular markers are set on both sides of the QTL, and the molecular markers are used to screen rice varieties resistant to whitebacked planthopper, which improves the selection efficiency of ideal plant types of rice.

Abstract: A heavy-duty active suspension, including a suspension frame, a lifting unit, a pin axle, a through axle, two wheel-driving units, an encoder, and a displacement sensor. The lifting unit is mounted on an upper side of the suspension frame for driving a heavy-duty support platform to rise and descend. The pin axle is mounted across the suspension frame along a front-rear direction. The through axle is rotatably mounted on the pin axle through a bearing, and is across the suspension frame along a left-right direction. The two wheel-driving units are respectively mounted on both ends of the through axle. The encoder is installed on the through axle for measuring a swing angle of the through axle. The displacement sensor is installed between an output end of the lifting unit and the suspension frame.
