    Abstract: The present invention discloses a large-current power supply and a constant-current control method and system thereof. The large-current power supply provided by the present invention includes: a primary power supply, an energy-feedback circuit and a direct-current (DC) large-current generator; the energy-feedback circuit includes a freewheel diode and a magnetic reset winding; and a secondary coil of the DC large-current generator is connected to a load. Without an output rectifier diode and a filter capacitor at a load end of the large-current power supply provided by the present invention, the power consumption problem of the output rectifier diode at a large current is unnecessarily considered, and an electrolytic capacitor does not need to be used for filtration; and therefore, the service life of the power supply is greatly prolonged, a larger current is output easily by extending, and the power supply has the advantages of simple circuit, small size, easy control and high working reliability.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a quick start control method and system for a Buck circuit. According to the control method and system provided by the present invention, by controlling a duty ratio of a switch of the Buck circuit within an initial start time period, i.e., a total-on (Ton) time period, at 1, an output voltage can rise at a fastest rate and a capacitor can be charged; and then, by controlling the duty ratio of the switch of the Buck circuit within a Toff time period at 0, the output voltage keeps to rise and simultaneously is stabilized at an expected value. With the adoption of the control method and system provided by the present invention, the overshoot and oscillation caused by the output voltage in a start process of the Buck circuit can be effectively reduced, and the start time of the Buck circuit is shortened.

    Abstract: An initial rotor position detection device based on a permanent-magnet synchronous motor, including a host computer, a real-time simulation system, and a control system, where the real-time simulation system is connected to the control system, for determining an encoder pulse signal according to the model parameter of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor, the model parameter of the inverter, and a PWM pulse wave generated by the control system; and the control system is connected to the real-time simulation system, for using a binary search algorithm to determine an initial rotor angle of the permanent-magnet synchronous motor according to the encoder pulse signal sent by the real-time simulation system. A comprehensive closed-loop test circuit can be achieved by setting a host computer, a real-time simulation system, and a control system, and a used binary search algorithm can effectively and quickly detect an initial rotor position of a permanent-magnet synchronous motor.

    Abstract: An LED lighting based multispectral imaging system for color measurement is provided, including a main control computer and an enclosed type lamp box, where a digital camera is provided at the top of the lamp box, and an LED lamp set control apparatus, a drawer type bearing platform, and an LED lamp set are provided at the bottom of the lamp box. A to-be-measured object is placed on the drawer type bearing platform. The main control computer controls spectral power distribution of the LED lamp set to be in a reciprocal relationship with a spectral sensitivity curve of the digital camera and extracts a camera response and performs calculation, to obtain spectral reflectivity of each pixel of the to-be-measured object.
