Abstract: The present invention addresses the problem of providing an information processing device and a program with which it is possible to selectively deliver an advertisement so as to suit each individual user. An information processing device 30 delivers an advertisement to an onboard terminal 20 provided in a mobile body 100, the information processing device 30 being provided with: a place information acquisition unit 32 for acquiring information pertaining to a place at which a user aboard the mobile body 100 stops, as place information; and an advertisement delivery unit 36 for acquiring advertisement information on the basis of the acquired place information and delivering advertisement information to the onboard terminal 20.

Abstract: A soft and strong composite sheet for artificial leather comprises a woven or knitted fabric and a non-woven layer intertwined with the fabric. The fabric comprises a high twist yarn and the non-woven layer has in it a number of fibers of a length greater than 20 mm, the number being at least 10 fibers/cm.sup.2. The sheet includes a binder.A method which can be employed for making such a sheet comprises superimposing on one another a fabric constructed at least partly from a highly twisted yarn and a non-woven fiber web, intertwining fibers of the non-woven fiber web with the said fabric by needle punching and thereafter applying to the resultant structure a binder.

Abstract: A soft and strong composite sheet for an artificial leather is provided by superimposing a fabric or woven or knitted construction and a non-woven fiber web, anchoring fibers of the non-woven fiber web with the fabric by needle punching to form a composite sheet and thereafter coating or impregnating the composite sheet with a binder solution. The fabric is constructed at least partly from high twist multifilament yarn and the non-woven fiber web is constructed from fibers having an average fiber length of at least 20 mm, the number of fibers being at least 10 fibers/cm.sup.2.
