  • Publication number: 20230126216
Abstract: Various methods and systems are provided for medical imaging systems. In one example, an imaging system comprises: a C-shaped gantry; an x-ray tube coupled to a first end of the C-shaped gantry; an x-ray detector coupled to a second end of the C-shaped gantry, opposite to the x-ray tube; and a controller with computer readable instructions stored on non-transitory memory that when executed, cause the controller to: identify a reference image; determine a target electrical current based on the reference image; determine a corrected electrical current based on the target electrical current; and transition an electrical current provided to the x-ray tube to the target electrical current by commanding the electrical current to the corrected electrical current while maintaining a constant voltage provided to the x-ray tube.

  • Patent number: 10949416
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are described for implementing an active-active transaction protocol according to which multiple sites can each provide active services such as executing update transactions that insert, modify, or delete data records. An active-active transaction protocol utilizes affinity records corresponding to both transactions that have been received as well as the data records those transactions are updating to determine which site should handle execution of an incoming update transaction. An affinity record defines a relationship between a data record and a site that determines whether and where a transaction seeking to update that data record will be routed for processing. Conflict handling mechanisms are also provided by the active-active transaction protocol to ensure data consistency between the multiple sites.

  • Patent number: 10460828
Abstract: A method of nucleic acid fragment detection includes capturing a target nucleic acid fragment by an oligonucleotide probe to form a hybridised double strand. The oligonucleotide probe has an identification sequence complementary to the target nucleic acid fragment and a reproducible sequence. The hybridised double strand is removed to expose the reproducible sequence of the oligonucleotide probe. The repeats of the reproducible sequence are produced. The repeats of the reproducible sequence are labelled by a detection probe for identification and quantitation.

  • Patent number: 10280469
Abstract: A method of quantifying multiple target nucleic acid sequences in a sample includes generating from a sample at least a plurality of first template molecules and at least a plurality of second template molecules. At least part of said first and at least part of said second template molecules are randomly distributed into individual reaction sites. A cluster of nucleic acid amplicons of said first template molecule and at least a cluster of nucleic acid amplicons of said second template molecule are generated by clonal amplification or replication. The ID codes of all said nucleic acid amplicon clusters are identified. The quantity of at least said first and second target nucleic acid sequences in said sample is quantified by statistical analysis of respective positive numbers of identified unique ID codes of first and second target nucleic acid sequences.
