Abstract: A retrofit kit for use with aboveground pools, the kit having a bonding conductor with a body portion configured to reside within a component attached to the aboveground pool. The bonding conductor includes an extension portion configured to extend outwardly from an outer surface of the component. The retrofit kit includes a strain relief fitting configured to receive the extension portion of the bonding conductor, and to couple with the component attached to the aboveground pool. The retrofit kit also includes a conductor fitting configured to attach to the extension portion of the bonding conductor and to attach to a conductive system for the aboveground pool, providing an electrical connection between the bonding conductor and the conductive system. The bonding conductor providing equipotential bonding for the component attached to the aboveground pool.

Abstract: A system for jet hydrotherapy configured to produce a fluid jet from an aerated fluid flow at sufficiently high velocities/pressures for massage or therapeutic treatment, which is accomplished by an internal geometry that places, at least, fluid and gas orifices, vessels and nozzles in the optimum location and configuration to create high fluid flow velocities throughout the system. The system also is configured to produce a fluid jet with sufficiently high gas content such that a user experiences less discomfort and/or pain when the fluid jet is applied to sensitive tissue areas. The system also is configured to provide a tactile interface upon which a system user can mechanically engage to supplement the jet hydrotherapy.

Abstract: A waterfall apparatus for producing an artificial waterfall having a waterfall apparatus including a chamber, an inlet for water into the waterfall apparatus, a primary outlet having an opening to allow water to flow out of the waterfall apparatus in a waterfall configuration, an attachment means for attaching the waterfall apparatus to a sidewall of a spa; and a removable baffle means located between the inlet and the outlet for more evenly distributing the water flowing out of the waterfall apparatus.
