  • Patent number: 10219707
Abstract: The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to vascular and endovascular surgery. The objective of the invention is to measure pressure and to administer drugs to an aneurysm in a blood vessel after implantation of a stent-graft. The device for measurement of pressure and for administration of drugs is made of a shape memory material, in the form of a hollow tube with side apertures.

  • Patent number: 10052069
Abstract: The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to vascular and endovascular surgery, and can be used for assessment of the condition of an isolated space of an aneurysmal sac after implantation of a stent-graft by measuring pressure inside the sac, and for administration of drugs to an aneurysm in a blood vessel as far as necessary. The device for measurement pressure in an isolated space of an aneurysmal sac and for administration of drugs to an aneurysm in a blood vessel is made in the form of a hollow tube. The tube has side apertures and is adapted to change a shape when introduced into an aneurysm, and to fill the entire interior space of the aneurysm at its circumference. The tube is also adapted to be connected to a pressure-measuring sensor through a detachable hollow tube to measure pressure between the vessel wall and the wall of a stent-graft implanted to the blood vessel, and to administer drugs through said detachable hollow rube.

  • Publication number: 20150342767
Abstract: The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to vascular and endovascular surgery. The objective of the invention is to develop a device for positioning of a coated stent in blood vessels without a risk of penetration of plaque and blood clot particles inside the stent as well as without a risk of occlusion of lateral branches. The device is made in the form of a frame with an interior coating, the frame being made in the form of two rings interconnected by rods. The frame and rings can have different shapes. The interior coating can be made of a resorbable material with apertures having a size of not more than 100 pm.

  • Publication number: 20150272754
Abstract: The invention relates to medicine, in particular, to vascular and endovascular surgery. The objective of the invention is to provide accurate positioning of a coated stent in the carotid artery. The device is made in the form of a frame with an interior coating, the frame being made in the form of two rings interconnected by rods. A stopper limiting the introduction of the frame is fixed at one of the rings. The frame and the rings can have different shapes.

  • Patent number: 8343210
Abstract: A stent has an engagement member (9). A stent retrieval system has a tubular member (13) and a retrieval member (14) with an engagement means (15). The engagement member is attached to an end row of cells of the tubular stent body (1). The cells in one annular row of cells are interconnected with the subsequent row of similarly oriented cells (2a) at areas of interconnection (7) which in the subsequent annular row of cells are circumferentially offset with respect to the connections (8) between the cells in said subsequent annular row of cells.
