The light shielding layer is provided with openings corresponding to positions of light-emitting areas of the light-emitting device layer, an organic protective layer is disposed on the light shielding layer, and the openings of the light shielding layer are filled with the organic protective layer having a transparent material. The present disclosure, by removing conventional red, green, and blue color resists which cover the light-emitting areas of the display panel, solves a problem of reduced yield of a color filter functional layer in a plurality of wet etching processes.
