Abstract: A touch substrate, a display device and a detection method of a touch electrode pattern are disclosed. The touch substrate including a plurality of touch electrodes sequentially arranged along a first direction, in which each touch electrode is extended along a second direction; each touch electrode has a head end, a middle end and a tail end; the middle end is close to a first edge of the touch substrate, and the head end and the tail end are close to a second edge of the touch substrate and are respectively connected with contact pads; and the contact pads connected with the head end and the tail end of the same touch electrode are different. The touch substrate can avoid the waste of module materials.
