Abstract: The present invention relates to a low-temperature dry preparation technology for a flame-retardant fabric, for use in compounding a first substrate with a second substrate, wherein the first substrate and the second substrate are pressed together by means of hot melt adhesive-based cold compounding: spraying and coating a surface of the first substrate with a hot metal adhesive in a flowable state, feeding the first substrate and the second substrate together into a press roller group, making the hot melt adhesive on the surface of the first substrate face the second substrate, and cold pressing the first substrate, the hot melt adhesive, and the second substrate together by means of the press roller group.

Abstract: An MDI system non-temperature sensitive memory sponge suitable for a flat foam foaming process is made by using a polyol mixture, which includes a polyether polyol and a polymer polyol, to react with an isocyanate and an auxiliary agent mixture that includes: a chain extender, a foaming agent, a pore adjusting agent, and a catalyst. The polyether polyol includes a polyoxypropylene glycerol with a molecular weight of 700 and a polyoxypropylene trihydroxy ether with a molecular weight of 4800, the polymer polyol includes a graft polyether, and the isocyanate is methylene diphenyl diisocyanate.

Abstract: A latex sponge made from a mixture containing the following materials in parts by weight: 100 pts. wt. of a polyether polyol, 35-75 pts. wt. of an isocyanate, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. of a glycol, 0.2-0.6 pts. wt. of a catalyst, 1.2-1.3 pts. wt. of a silicone oil, and 1.5-3.5 pts. wt. of water that functions as a foaming agent. The isocyanate may be methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI); the polyether polyol may be a graft polyether having a molecular weight about 4,800; and the catalyst may be triethylene diamine.

Abstract: A MDI system non-temperature sensitive memory sponge suitable for flat foam foaming process, is made by mainly using polyether polyol and polymer polyol as main material, then adding three additives isocyanate and foaming agent, the pore adjusting agent and catalyst. The polyether polyol is polyoxypropylene glycerol with molecular weight of 700, the polymer polyol is high activity grafting polyether, the isocyanate is modified polyphenyl methane diisocyanate, wherein a polyoxypropylene trihydroxy ether with the molecular weight of 4800 is added to the polyether polyol, polyol chain extender is added to said additives.
