Abstract: The present disclosure provides a resource pool configuration method, including obtaining first configuration information by a terminal device, where the first configuration information is used for indicating that a first resource pool and a second resource pool are configured for the terminal device, the first resource pool is used for sending data and receiving feedback data, and the second resource pool is used for receiving data and sending feedback data.

Abstract: A cross reality system enables any of multiple devices to efficiently and accurately access previously stored maps and render virtual content specified in relation to those maps. The cross reality system may include a cloud-based localization service that responds to requests from devices to localize with respect to a stored map. The request may include one or more sets of feature descriptors extracted from an image of the physical world around the device. Those features may be posed relative to a coordinate frame used by the local device. The localization service may identify one or more stored maps with a matching set of features. Based on a transformation required to align the features from the device with the matching set of features, the localization service may compute and return to the device a transformation to relate its local coordinate frame to a coordinate frame of the stored map.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE), a resource selection method in sidelink communication, and a storage medium are provided. The resource selection method includes triggering a resource selection procedure for sidelink (SL) transmission of a SL data, wherein the SL data for transmission has a resource reservation interval set to zero or not provided at all, and utilizing a periodic-based sensing result from a periodic-based sensing, a contiguous partial sensing result from a contiguous partial sensing, and/or a sidelink channel decoding result from a sidelink channel decoding during the resource selection procedure for sidelink transmission of the SL data.

The user equipment includes a first radio access technology (RAT) module associated with a first RAT, a second RAT module associated with a second RAT, a memory, a transceiver, and a processor. The processor is configured to control the second RAT module to receive resource configuration information used to configure a plurality of resources and a control signaling used to activate and/or release the configured resources from a base station associated with the second RAT. The processor is also configured to control the second RAT module to decode the configured resources and the control signaling. The processor is further configured to control the second RAT module to perform an inter-RAT module interface signaling exchange to deliver to the first RAT module the configured resources and the control signaling.

Abstract: A method and system for robot motion control using a model predictive control (MPC) technique including torque rate control and suppression of end tooling oscillation. An MPC module includes a robot dynamics model which inherently reflects response nonlinearities associated with changes in robot configuration, and an optimization solver having an objective function with a torque rate term and inequality constraints defining bounds on both torque and torque rate. The torque rate control in the MPC module provides an effective means of controlling jerk in robot joints, while accurately modeling robot dynamics as the robot changes configuration during a motion program. End tooling oscillation dynamics may also be included in the MPC objective function and constraints in order to automatically control end tooling vibration in the calculations of the MPC module.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for forming tungsten features in semiconductor devices is provided. The method includes exposing a top opening of a feature formed in a substrate to a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process to deposit a tungsten liner layer within the feature. The PVD process is performed in a first processing region of a first processing chamber and the tungsten liner layer forms an overhang portion, which partially obstructs the top opening of the feature. The substrate is transferred from the first processing region of the first processing chamber to a second processing region of a second processing chamber without breaking vacuum. The overhang portion is exposed to nitrogen-containing radicals in the second processing region to inhibit subsequent growth of tungsten along the overhang portion. The feature is exposed to a tungsten-containing precursor gas to form a tungsten fill layer over the tungsten liner layer within the feature.
