  • Publication number: 20150337908
Abstract: A drive plate of an electromagnetic-fan clutch comprises: a body of the drive plate provided with magnetic-insulation air holes, connection ribs, and magnetic conductive layers. The magnetic-insulation air holes and the magnetic conductive layers are arranged alternatively along a radial direction of the body of the drive plate. A friction-increasing groove is opened on the magnetic conductive layer. The thickn are less than the thickness of the magnetic conductive layers. Six connection ribs are distributed uniformly between the magnetic conductive layers, and the connection ribs at two sides of the magnetic conductive layer are distributed along the radial direction of the body of the drive plate at an interval of 30 degrees. A drive plate through hole is opened in the body of the drive plate, and accommodation walls are disposed on the magnetic conductive layers.

Abstract: Provided are an opposed iron core transmitting rotation motion, a manufacturing method thereof, and an electromagnetic fan clutch formed by the opposed iron core. The opposed iron core includes iron core grooves (12; 13) axially arranged in a back-to-back manner on an electromagnetic iron core body (11). The manufacturing method of the opposed iron core includes: directly drawing the iron core body (11) to form the iron core grooves arranged in the back-to-back manner, or directly spinning the iron core body (11) to form the iron core grooves arranged in the back-to-back manner. The electromagnetic fan clutch formed by the opposed iron core has a first actuation gap (841) and a second actuation gap (842) respectively on two sides of the electromagnetic iron core body (11) of an opposed iron core apparatus.

  • Publication number: 20140242407
Abstract: An in-situ compressed specimen of copper interconnection micro column, which is a circular metal column formed in a PDMS hole, includes: a specimen part and a fixed end part for fixing the specimen; wherein the fixed end part is a circular or square plate structure, the specimen part is an upper part of the fixed end part; a main body of the present invention is of micron order, a forced direction of the specimen is consistent with a growth direction of the metal column. A method of electroplating copper column by adopting PDMS as template substrate is applied to overcome a problem that TSV is corrosive to the copper column during a silicon etching process so as to affect a mechanical property accuracy test, the method is advanced in shortening test process period, achieving good reproducibility and high yield.

  • Patent number: 6798221
Abstract: A fuel cell resistance test system includes a contact head having a plurality of spaced electrical contacts for contacting multiple ones of the fuel cells composing the stack. In one embodiment, a plurality of selectively actuable switches produce a short between respective pairs of adjacent ones of the electrical contacts. A processor opens each of the switches, one at a time in succession, to apply a defined voltage from a voltage source, successively across pairs of adjacent ones of the electrical contacts. A current sensor measures a resulting current and the processor or other computer determines whether a short exists based on the magnitude of the defined voltage and the magnitude of the resulting current. Alternatively, the test system may include a current source and a voltage sensor.
