    Abstract: An EUV photolithography system utilizes a baseplate of an EUV pod to unload an EUV reticle from a chuck within an EUV scanner. The baseplate includes a top surface and support pins extending from the top surface. The when the reticle is unloaded onto the baseplate, the support pins hold the reticle at relatively large distance from the top surface of the baseplate. The support pins have a relatively low resistance. The large distance and low resistance help ensure that particles do not travel from the baseplate to the reticle during unloading.

    Abstract: A reticle carrier described herein is configured to quickly discharge the residual charge on a reticle so as to reduce, minimize, and/or prevent particles in the reticle carrier from being attracted to and/or transferred to the reticle. In particular, the reticle carrier may be configured to provide reduced capacitance between an inner baseplate of the reticle carrier and the reticle. The reduction in capacitance may reduce the resistance-capacitance (RC) time constant for discharging the residual charge on the reticle, which may increase the discharge speed for discharging the residual charge through support pins of the reticle carrier. The increase in discharge speed may reduce the likelihood that an electrostatic force in the reticle carrier may attract particles in the reticle carrier to the reticle.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a graph-based prostate diagnosis network (GPD-Net) and a method for using the same to predict a prostate health status of a patient from a 3D magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) scan containing a plurality of 2D MRI slices. The GPD-Net only demands patient-level annotations of MRI scan for training by formulating the diagnosis task of 3D prostate MRI scan in a multi-instance learning (MIL) strategy, and regarding each 2D MRI slice in the 3D prostate MRI scan as an instance. The GPD-Net includes a plurality of importance-guided graph convolutional layers to explore the diagnostic information with the importance-based topology. The present invention provides accurate prediction of prostate diseases and achieve more reliable diagnosis from MRI scans, therefore can effectively alleviate the workload of clinician in viewing the slices of MRI scan.

The key frames are created based on two-dimensional coordinates of feature points included in a plurality of images previously acquired through the visual sensor. The method also includes computing a visual relative pose based on two-dimensional coordinates of matching feature points included in both of the image and the one or more key frames that have been matched with the image. The method also includes computing relevant information of the visual relative pose based on the two-dimensional coordinates of the matching feature points. The method further includes updating an absolute pose of the mobile device and a map based on the relevant information of the visual relative pose and relevant information of a dead reckoning based relative pose.
