    Abstract: The present invention provides a cochlear outer hair cell (OHC) regenerated by ectopic joint overexpression of Atoh1 and Ikzf2 and an application thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides an active ingredient combination capable of being used for regenerating a cochlear OHC, and a use thereof. The active ingredient combination comprises an Ikzf2 protein and an Atoh1 protein; and after the active ingredient combination is administered to a subject suffering from hearing impairment related to cochlear OHC degeneration and/or injury, hearing impairment can be alleviated by regenerating an OHC-like cell. A new method is provided for clinical treatment of hearing impairment.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to methods and kits for the diagnosis and treatment of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in human subjects. The disclosure also relates to computer-implemented methods for diagnosing and treating ASD. Current diagnostic protocols are mainly limited to behavioural examination as laboratory findings have been consistently abnormal in ASD. No currently reported biomarker holds promise as early developmental screen or an early diagnostic or prognostic tool for pediatric settings at young ages from birth through early childhood when these clinical tools are most needed. With the present disclosure, metabolomic profiles, protein profiles and combinations thereof for ASD are identified in the subject having ASD.

    Abstract: A simulation method, simulation device and a readable storage medium are disclosed, in which a correction circuit is added to an equivalent circuit model for a three-terminal circuit employed in a SPICE simulation system. The correction circuit enables simulating behavior of the resistor module, enabling the SPICE simulation system to take in account the body effect. Therefore, simulation results obtained from the simulation model and simulation parameters for the resistor module can better reflect resistor behavior with body effect in an actual circuit, resulting in effectively improved simulation accuracy of the SPICE simulation system and allowing the system to provide more accurate circuit simulation results. Fitting tests can be performed to obtain first-order, second-order and resistor-width-dependent correction coefficients for a body voltage of the resistor module.
