    Abstract: A motor, a rotor and a sleeve are provided. The motor includes a stator and a rotor which includes a shaft, a rotor core, a sleeve, a commutator, and a rotor winding wound on the rotor core. The sleeve is arranged between the rotor core and the commutator. The sleeve includes a first end portion close to the commutator, a second end portion close to the rotor core, and a middle portion therebetween. An outer diameter of the first end portion is smaller than an outer diameter of the middle portion, and the outer diameter of the middle portion is smaller than an outer diameter of the second end portion. An end of the commutator close to the sleeve has a groove, and the first end portion of the sleeve is placed in the groove. The rotor has a good seismic performance.
