Abstract: A common rail comprises a shell and a pressure detection apparatus and a pressure adjustment apparatus that are installed on the shell. The shell comprises an inlet passage, an outlet passage, at least one conveyance port that is connected to the inlet passage, and at least one flow return port that is connected to the outlet passage. The pressure detection apparatus is connected to the inlet passage. The pressure adjustment apparatus is connected between the inlet passage and the outlet passage. The pressure adjustment apparatus can connect or disconnect the inlet passage and the outlet passage. Also disclosed is a carbamide spraying system having such a common rail. Because a carbamide solution returned from a nozzle is first gathered inside the common rail and then returns to a carbamide tank through the outlet passage and a return flow pipe, the length of the return flow pipe is reduced.

Abstract: An integrated apparatus of a pump and a nozzle, comprising a pump component and a nozzle component. The pump component comprises a motor housing assembly, a magnetic cover component and a pump housing assembly. The motor housing assembly comprises a magnetic screening cover and a motor coil. The motor housing assembly is fixed to the pump housing assembly by means of a method of rolling or welding. The pump housing assembly comprises an inlet pathway, which is in communication with a pump, and an outlet pathway, the outlet pathway being in communication with the nozzle component. The pump housing assembly also comprises a first gear assembly and a second gear assembly which are mutually engaged. The nozzle component comprises a nozzle assembly and a water cooling base, wherein the nozzle assembly comprises a nozzle coil for use in driving the nozzle. The integrated apparatus has a simple and compact structure, and high precision control.

Abstract: A urea injection system comprises a fluid conveying apparatus used for extracting a urea solution from a urea tank, several nozzles indirectly connected to the fluid conveying apparatus, and a controller used for controlling the urea injection system. The urea injection system is adapted to process exhaust gas of a plurality of engines at the same time. The nozzles comprise a first nozzle used for injecting a urea solution to a first exhaust pipe of a first engine and a second nozzle used for injecting the urea solution to a second exhaust pipe of a second engine. A plurality of nozzles respectively corresponding to a plurality of engines is arranged in the urea injection system, so as to process exhaust gas of the plurality of engines at the same time by using only one urea injection system.

The pump assembly has an accommodation compartment for accommodating the nozzle assembly, a pump assembly housing, and a pump. The pump assembly housing has an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The outlet passage is in communication with the nozzle assembly. The pump assembly comprises an enclosure; a motor coil for driving the pump; a magnetic body; a first gear assembly; and a second gear assembly. The first gear assembly and the second gear assembly mesh with each other. The nozzle assembly comprises a nozzle assembly housing, nozzle and a nozzle coil for driving the nozzle. The integrated device includes a pressure sensor that does not have an independent housing. The enclosure serves as a housing of the pressure sensor. The integrated device has a simple and compact structure, and facilitates realization of downsizing of the device. Also disclosed are an exhaust-gas aftertreatment system and a control method.

Abstract: A fluid delivery device, comprising an integrated cabinet, a pump installed in the integrated cabinet, an inlet pipeline connected to the pump, and an outlet pipeline connected to the pump; the pump comprises a motor located at the bottom portion of the integrated cabinet, a pump head located at the top portion of the integrated cabinet, and a magnetic coupling portion located between the motor and the pump head; the pump head, the magnetic coupling portion and the motor are arranged in a sequence from top to bottom; and the pump head is provided with a U-shaped flow channel and a gear mechanism therein located at the bottommost portion of the flow channel. The fluid delivery device eliminates bubbles in the solution accumulated in the pump, thus ensuring a working efficiency of fluid delivery of the pump, and ensuring precise control of a delivery amount.

The common rail comprises a shell and a pressure detection apparatus and a pressure adjustment apparatus that are installed on the shell. The shell comprises an inlet passage and an outlet passage. The pressure detection apparatus is connected to the inlet passage. The pressure adjustment apparatus is connected between the inlet passage and the outlet passage, so as to connect or disconnect the inlet passage and the outlet passage. The engine exhaust postprocessing component further comprises a second support. The bundle, the inlet pipeline, and the outlet pipeline are all gathered at the second support. In this way, the exhaust postprocessing component is easy to be installed with another component.
