The controlling member is rotatable relative to the bottom plate between in a first position and a second position. In the first position, the shielding door abuts the side panel to cover the air outlet, and the ventilation hole communicates with the heat dissipating area. In the second position, the shielding panel covers the ventilation hole, and the shielding door is disengaged from the side panel.
