  • Patent number: 11926400
Abstract: A bottom touching assisting device suitable for deep-sea submersibles and an implementation method thereof are provided. Four support columns are arranged within a mounting box body at a bottom of a deep-sea submersible, the support columns and the mounting box body are connected in a sliding manner through sliders, and the support column is sleeved with a threaded sleeve in a threaded connection manner. In conjunction with a drive component and a pressing mechanism, smooth vertical movement of the support column is achieved when the threaded sleeve rotates. This allows a bottom end of the support column to extend from the mounting box body.

  • Patent number: 10551429
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for detecting the anti-island protection performance of an inverter. An RLC circuit is serially connected between the inverter and a grid connection switch, the resonant frequency of the RLC load is set as three different numerical values for enabling the same to present resistance, capacitance and inductance, and a time value from the disconnection of the grid connection switch to the operation stop of the inverter under detection is recorded after a fundamental current value of the grid connection switch is set to a different value each time; and weighted calculation is performed on the time value to obtain a test result and grade evaluation of the anti-island protection ability of the inverter.

  • Publication number: 20070042404
Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions and a cell-based assay for detecting endonuclease activity. The assay involves the basic principle of linking a endonuclease cleavage event with cell survival. When an endonuclease cleaves its cognate endonuclease recognition site located on a vector containing a toxic reporter protein, the vector is degraded and the cell survives because the toxic reporter protein cannot be produced. A cell employed in the instant assay advantageously expresses a transporter protein that facilitates transport of a regulatory molecule used to induce expression of the toxic reporter protein. Kits comprising the compositions of the instant invention are also provided.
