Abstract: Embodiments of the present application disclose a streaming media processing method, comprising: acquiring, by a proxy server, control information and a first attribute file of requested streaming media according to a streaming media request of a terminal; modifying, by the proxy server, the first attribute file according to the control information to generate a second attribute file of new streaming media; and returning, by the proxy server, the second attribute file to the terminal, and controlling, according to the second attribute file, the terminal to play the new streaming media. The present application further discloses an apparatus and a system. The present application can provide an advertisement value-added service for an HTTP service operator, ensure that a user smoothly browses streaming media, and provide a user-friendly advertisement service for the user.

Abstract: A method for supporting multicast of streaming media, and a related apparatus and system are disclosed. The method includes: receiving a notification message reported by a proxy server, where the notification message includes that first user equipment and second user equipment separately access a same streaming media resource; switching a transmission manner of the streaming media resource from a unicast manner to a multicast manner; sending combined group information to a broadcast multicast service center (BM-SC), where the combined group information includes an Internet Protocol (IP) address of the first user equipment, an IP address of the second user equipment, and a download address of the streaming media resource; and sending a notification response message to the proxy server, so that the proxy server learns that the BM-SC enables a multimedia broadcast multicast service (MBMS).

Abstract: According to a method and apparatus for controlling data transmission in a wireless communications network, a service quality request message is sent to a PCRF when a data request message of a terminal is received; and the PCRF queries a current network status, so as to determine a processing instruction for a data request message of the terminal according to the current network status and the data request message, and process the data request message of the terminal according to the processing instruction. Therefore, processing on the data request message of the terminal not only depends on a parameter carried in the data request message of the terminal, but also uses the current network status as a constraint condition, so that a processing manner for the data request message can be adaptive to a real-time change of the wireless communications network.

Abstract: A fault detector for operating process of electric arc furnace and method thereof are disclosed, which belong to the technical field of fault detection. The fault detector includes the temperature signal acquisition equipment, the current signal acquisition equipment and a host computer. The multimode fault monitoring and diagnosis method comprises the following steps: acquiring and standardizing the data; establishing the preliminary monitoring model for the operating process to obtain common subsets of M operating modes and typical subsets of every operating mode; calculating the T2 statistics and the SPE statistics, and monitoring and diagnosing fault in the operating process. The present invention has the advantages that the colorimetric temperature measurement can improve the calculation accuracy, different equipment becomes compatible, and the fault detector is suitable for operating in industrial production process with a variety of steady modes and can diagnose faults in a certain operating mode.

The method includes: dividing a scanning period into a first sub-period and a second sub-period; in the first sub-period, inputting a first scanning signal to a first set of scan lines, inputting a first testing signal to a first set of data lines, and inputting a second testing signal to a second set of data lines; and in the second sub-period, inputting a second scanning signal to a second set of scan lines, inputting a first scanning signal to a first set of scan lines, inputting a second testing signal to a first set of data lines, and inputting a first testing signal to a second set of data lines. By using the procedure, the present invention uses the testing method in the cell process to test the image blur phenomenon. This can improve the testing ability and raise the yield.

An AN entity of a first network sends a first request message to an AN entity of a second network corresponding to a target cell in which a UE is located, so as to request the AN entity of the second network to establish a radio bearer for the UE. The AN entity of the first network sends a second request message to the UE, so as to request the UE to establish the radio bearer with the AN entity of the second network. After the AN entity of the second network has established the radio bearer with the UE, the AN entity of the first network transmits service data to the UE by using the AN entity of the second network.

A method for communications device operations includes sending a request to a controller of the communications device to change an operating mode of the communications device, and receiving a transmission responsive to the request. The method also includes in response to determining that the controller has granted the request to change the operating mode and that the communications device is operating in a border cell, changing the operating mode of the communications device, tuning at least one receiver of the communications device to an alternate radio access technology (RAT), and initiating a handover with the alternate RAT.
