    Abstract: The disclosure provides a display panel and a display device. The display panel is provided with a display region and a frame region. The display region includes a plurality of pixel drive units, and each of the pixel drive units includes a plurality of thin film transistors (TFTs). Both the display region and the frame region are provided with at least one notch. The at least one notch and the pixel drive units are spaced from each other. The at least one notch sequentially extends and passes through a buffer layer, a first insulating layer, a second insulating layer, and a dielectric layer from bottom to top. An organic layer fills the at least one notch. The display device includes the display panel.

The detection unit detects a phase difference between a designated edge and the predetermined periodic signal on the basis of a signal held in the holding unit. The designated edge is designated by a control signal that designates one of a rising edge and a falling edge of the input signal as the designated edge.

The concrete protective agent provided in the present invention includes the following components: water, oxalic acid, a defoaming agent, and a film-forming agent. When the concrete protective agent provided in the present invention is used for concrete protection, oxalic acid in the protective agent can react with calcium ions in concrete for in situ generation of calcium oxalate monohydrate inside and on a surface of concrete to obtain a protective film with strong adhesion to concrete. The film-forming agent in the protective agent is used as a template to adjust and control growth of calcium oxalate crystals, so as to improve waterproof performance and corrosion resistance to sulfate and chloride ions of the protective film. Preparation methods provided in the present invention are simple and practical and are suitable for mass production.

[Solution] An electronic circuit includes a plurality of first drivers coupled in parallel, the first drivers each including transistors coupled in series and transmitting data at a predetermined communication speed; and a second driver including transistors coupled in series and transmitting data at a communication speed lower than the communication speed of the first driver. The number of first drivers operating in parallel is sufficient for output impedance of the first drivers to meet a predetermined standard through application of an electrical potential to bodies of the transistors of the first drivers. The electrical potential causes an output level of the second driver to meet a predetermined standard.
