    Abstract: A multilayered rail guide vehicle system for use in three-dimensional planting in a plant factory and a control method therefor, the system includes an upper computer, cultivation shelves, traveling devices, lifting devices, and an electric control system. The traveling devices and the lifting devices are arranged in a body of a rail guide vehicle. The upper computer is in wireless communication with the electric control system. A nutrient solution tank is arranged on each of the cultivation shelves, and a plurality of cultivation positions are arranged on the nutrient solution tank. The electric control system is arranged in the body of the rail guide vehicle, so as to obtain an operation mode and target information after receiving a task instruction transmitted by the upper computer, select and switch a positioning mode, and drive the traveling devices and the lifting devices to perform traveling and lifting positioning according to operation procedures.

The first power value is associated with a correlation power result between a received signal from a base station and a local SSS. The method also include determining, at the electronic device, a second threshold based on the first power value, and performing a comparison between a second power value and the second threshold. This invention describes the applications of the protein as follow in (a) or (b) in preparing drugs for promoting cartilage growth or treating cartilage diseases, the protein as a growth factor for promoting chondrocyte proliferation, or medical devices containing this protein: (a) the protein whose amino acid sequence is shown as SEQ ID NO.1; (b) the proteins whose amino acid sequence have at least 60% homology comparing with amino acid sequence described in (a). The present invention is different from the present knowledge of MK and its related proteins. The experimental results demonstrated that MK promotes proliferation of three types of chondrocytes and is used for preparing drugs for treating cartilage disease. It may provide new therapy for treating cartilage diseases clinically, and new technology for expansion of chondrocytes in vitro for cartilage tissue engineering.
