At least one of the first electrode and the second electrode includes an annular electrode. The first electrode is located on a side of the first substrate facing the second substrate, and the second electrode is located on a side of the second substrate facing the first substrate. Under an effect of the first electrode and the second electrode, liquid crystals in the liquid crystal layer further form a Fresnel lens having an adjustable focal distance.

The display panel comprises a first substrate, a refractive index adjustment mechanism and a second substrate successively arranged along a light output direction, a first black matrix is formed on the first substrate and includes first shading portions and first openings, and a second black matrix is formed on the second substrate and includes second shading portions and second openings. The first shading portions are arranged opposite to the corresponding second openings, and the second shading portions are arranged opposite to the corresponding first openings. In the case where the display panel is in a power-off state, light cannot penetrate the display panel. In the case where the display panel is in a power-on state, the refractive index adjustment mechanism can adjust intensity of light exiting from the second openings.
