The method includes: obtaining and performing data preprocessing on new energy output data and external environmental data, and extracting strongly correlated features from the new energy output data and the external environmental data after the data preprocessing; performing feature expansion on the strongly correlated features, and inputting the strongly correlated features after the feature expansion into a preconstructed regression forecasting model, to obtain a first forecast value; obtaining and performing data preprocessing on user load data and load influencing factor data, and inputting the user load data and the load influencing factor data after the data preprocessing into a FNN-LSTM hybrid model, to obtain a second forecast value; and calculating a difference between the second forecast value and the first forecast value, to obtain a net load forecasting result.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a signal processing circuit including a control unit, a transmission drive unit, an analog switch array, a signal amplification unit, a detection integration unit that are connected in sequence, and a transceiver antenna connected to the analog switch array. The control unit includes an analog-to-digital converter. The signal processing circuit further includes a level conversion unit arranged between the analog-to-digital converter and the signal amplification unit, the level conversion unit is configured to linearly convert signals received by the transceiver antenna, and transmit the linearly converted signals to the analog-to-digital converter. The signal processing circuit has advantages of low cost, fast handwriting speed, and less cursor wobble. The present invention also provides a position detecting device using the same.

    Abstract: A selective pyrolysis process for the production of bio-oils enriched in pyrolytic sugars and phenols and conversion of these compounds into second generation bio-fuels is disclosed herein. One embodiment of the process comprises pre-treating a biomass with superheated steam or gases in a selected range of temperatures, followed by fast pyrolysis using synthesis gas as a carrier, and a two-step condensation operation. The aqueous phase from the second condenser can then be reformed to produce hydrogen or can be gasified together with the charcoal to produce syngas.
