    Abstract: A data collection and processing apparatus with anti-theft function, a system using the apparatus and a data collection and processing method thereof are provided. The method includes the steps of: collecting relevant information regarding at least one targeted object, wherein the relevant information includes status information, operational information, environmental information of the targeted object, and user information of an owner or user of the targeted object; and performing an alarm when detecting that the targeted object is not under a normal status. The data collection and processing apparatus includes a transducer module, a master control module and an alarm and data processing module, which may form a local network connection or a distributed data processing network. In addition to performing anti-theft function, the present invention is capable of collecting various relevant information of the protected object.

    Abstract: An anti-theft system includes at least one MEMS module, a master controlling module and an alerting module. The MEMS module is used for detecting a velocity, an acceleration and/or a spatial location of the MEMS module, and transferring the detected velocity, the acceleration or the spatial location of the MEMS module to the master controlling module. The master controlling module is used for determining whether the MEMS module is disposed within an anti-theft range according to the velocity, the acceleration or the spatial location of the MEMS module, and sending an alerting signal to the alerting module once the MEMS module is determined to be disposed outside of the anti-theft range. The alerting module is used for performing an alerting action when receiving the alerting signal. An anti-theft device and an anti-theft method are also provided.

The system has: a data management unit, at least one alarm unit and at least one alarm disabling unit, wherein the data management unit is configured to synchronize unlocking data in the alarm disabling unit and set unlocking judgment data in the alarm unit; the alarm unit can detect, in an alarm enabled state, whether a merchandise to be protected is in a normal state, and send out an alarm signal when judging that the merchandise to be protected is not in a normal state; and the alarm unit judges, according to the unlocking judgment data stored therein, whether the unlocking data is legitimate, and disable the alarm enabled state when judging that the unlocking data is legitimate. In the present disclosure, each of the unlocking judgment data corresponds to unique legitimate unlocking data embedded in the alarm disabling unit.
