    Abstract: The method of the present invention adds a plug-in control unit on an operation interface of a mobile terminal, and displays the plug-in control unit on the operation interface. An application program downloading icon pushed by a background server is arranged and displayed on the plug-in control unit, and before the downloading of the application program is completed, the application program downloading icon links to a downloading address of a corresponding application program. An operational instruction of a user is received, a corresponding application program is downloaded, and identification is displayed according to the downloading status. The present invention has the advantage of downloading and installing an application program quickly.
