The device includes a first voltage generation module, a voltage regulation module, a first switch module, a first capacitor module, a first transistor module, and a first light-emitting module. The first voltage generation module may be configured to generate a first voltage; the first switch module may be configured to output the first voltage to a first end of the first capacitor module over a first period; the voltage regulation module may be configured to determine a second voltage based on an amount of change in a voltage at the first end of the first capacitor module and to output the second voltage to the second end of the first capacitor module over a second period; and the first transistor module may be configured to drive the first light-emitting module to emit a light using voltage at the first end of the first capacitor.
