    Abstract: A leveling assembly for leveling a bottom edge of an interior wall panel includes an elongate floor channel secured to the floor, a floor rail at least partially disposed with the floor channel for supporting the bottom edge of the wall panel, and at least one leveler at least partially located within the floor rail. Each leveler includes a head couplable to the floor channel, an adjustment rod projecting from the head, and a rail support having a collar and a support shoulder extending outwardly from the collar. The head is substantially prevented from transverse movement when coupled to the floor channel. The clip includes a base, a pair of opposed spaced apart resilient tabs extending from the base, and a pair of spaced apart retaining portions extending from the base, each retaining portion comprising a proximate resilient portion and a distal wing portion. When the base is located in the interior space, the tabs abut ridges that extend partially into the interior space, and the resilient portions are biased to engage the ridges. The resilient portions of the clip are configured to deform to allow the wing portions to pass between in-turned portions of the cap member and are biased to engage the in-turned portions.

The traveling assembly includes a traveling body, a dowel adapted to move along the ramp, and a threaded adjustment rod. The lower adjustment assembly also includes a locking fastener that is adjustable between a locked configuration and an unlocked configuration. In the unlocked configuration, rotation of the adjustment rod causes movement of the traveling assembly vertically relative to the pivot member, thereby permitting a beam of the pivot door to move vertically relative to the pivot member.

    Abstract: A method of glazing an opening in a wall structure such as an interior wall in an office building, in which a glazing frame is fitted around a glass panel and the panel and frame are inserted into the opening. Clips are installed within the opening and engage the frame so as to prevent displacement of the frame outwardly of the opening. A trim frame is then installed from the opposite side of the opening and is retained by and conceals the clips. The trim frame provides a symmetrical smooth exterior surface.

    Abstract: An automatic sweep for a sliding door includes a seal member that is coupled to a housing at the bottom end of the door for movement between a raised position when the door is open and a lowered position when the door is closed, in which the seal member provides an acoustical seal for the gap that would otherwise exist at the bottom of the door. The sweep is actuated by an over-centre linkage that co-operates with an abutment adjacent the door opening. As the door reaches its closed position, the linkage is displaced from a normal extended configuration to an angled configuration, which laterally displaces an operating rod connected to a leaf-spring that then presses down on the seal member to move the member to its lowered position. When the door is opened, the over-centre linkage is moved back to its extended configuration, the rod is displaced in the opposite direction, and the leaf-spring raises the seal member.

    Abstract: A wall system for partitioning interior space within a building includes an internal frame made up of vertical posts and horizontal rails extending between the posts. Panels providing a fascia defining a covering on the frame are coupled to the panel by plug-in connectors. The panels may include “smart” elements or fascias providing writing or tack board surfaces, or an accessory element to which shelves or other accessories can be coupled. Heavier capacity shelves can be coupled directly to the posts of the frame. Electrical and/or data connections can be provided via a horizonal rail incorporated in the skin. The rails can include a plug-in module and wire management channels extending outwardly from the module. The wall system may incorporate a pocket door built on the same principle as the overall wall structure. Also disclosed are a pivot door structure and a patch plate for fitting a standard lockset or latchset to a glass door.
