  • Patent number: 7594672
Abstract: A running board assembly for a motor vehicle includes a mounting bracket adapted to be fixedly secured to the motor vehicle. The running board assembly includes first and second links each having an upper end pivotal relative to the mounting bracket and an opposing lower end. A deck is pivotally coupled to the lower end of the first and second links for movement between a stowed position and a deployed position. A motor assembly is coupled to the mounting bracket. And a crank drive is operably connected to the motor assembly for pivoting the first and second links to provide controlled movement of the deck between the stowed and deployed positions.

  • Patent number: 7287771
Abstract: A powered running board assembly has a deck and at least two hinges extending from the deck for mounting longitudinally the deck to an underside of a vehicle. Each hinge has a mounting bracket configured to mount to the underside of the vehicle. A pair of links pivotally extending between the deck and mounting bracket. The deck is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. A linear drive assembly operably engages at least one of the hinges to drive the deck between the retracted and extended positions. The linear drive assembly operably extends between opposite pivots of the pair of links. As the drive extends and retracts, the pair of links is expanded and contracted effecting the desired movement of the running board between inboard and outboard positions.

The deck is movable between a retracted position and an extended position. A motor assembly operably engages at least one of the hinges to drive the deck between the retracted and extended positions. The motor assembly extends substantially longitudinally. The motor assembly has a gear train and clutch assembly enabling the motor assembly to drive relative to the deck movement when the deck movement is prevented, and enabling manual deck movement when the motor assembly is not energized.

  • Patent number: 6000536
Abstract: A bottle pack container for carrying bottles with contents, preferably made of cardboard or pasteboard, formed from two symmetrical carrying parts with central walls superimposed so as to form the central portion of the container, the central walls having openings superimposed and fastened by a lock to form a grip. Each of the carrying parts comprises at least one partly cut ring with an internal cut-out opening and with lateral wings and frontal wing, wherein said ring is attached to the inner surface of the external wall with glue. During assembling of the container the girded polypropylene strap is inserted into the appropriate holes provided in the external walls of each of the carrying parts.

  • Patent number: 5056802
Abstract: A wheel skate is provided including a small diameter front wheel journaled for rotation about an horizontal transverse axis immediately beneath the toe end of the shoe of the skate and a larger diameter rear driving wheel is provided and journaled for rotation about a second axis generally paralleling the first mentioned axis. The rear driving wheel is journaled from the lower portions of depending opposite side frames each mounted from the skate for guided movement longitudinally thereof between front and rear limit positions and the rear driving wheel includes a spur gear drivingly connected to the rear driving wheel through a one way over-running clutch and the spur gear is mesh engaged with a rack gear extending longitudinally of the skate and along which the spur gear may roll during front to rear shifting of the frames relative to the skate.
