Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard

Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard in which the cover boards are locked on the leg supports of the floorboard by screws. The floorboard is made of steel reinforcement and cement and is able to achieves enhanced fireproof effect to meet the strict requirement for incombustibility of skyscraper building. The floorboard of the present invention can be easily and quickly manufactured and assembled.

CROSS-REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATION

[0001] This application is a continuation-in-part of U.S. patent application Ser. No. 09/450,429, entitled “incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard”.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0002] The present invention relates to an incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard in which the base seat cover board is made of steel reinforcement and cement. The top face of the leg support is previously formed with a thread hole. In factory, the base seat cover board has already been locked with the leg supports. In working site, the central cover board and side cover boards are quickly and firmly assembled with the base seat cover board. The elevated floorboard is able to achieve enhanced fireproof effect to meet the strict requirement for incombustibility of building. The floorboard of the present invention is applicable to various kinds of offices, houses, video/audio room, sale field and the like.

[0003] U.S. patent application Ser. No. 09/450,429 discloses an incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard as shown in FIG. 1. The elevated floorboard includes a base seat cover board A, a central cover board B, side cover boards C, leg supports D, fitting pads E and a connecting seat F. The top face of each leg support D is formed with a thread hole D1 and multiple grooves E1. The fitting pad E is fitted on the upper side of each leg support D. Thereafter, by means of the multiple grooves and thread hole of the leg support, the leg supports are assembled with the base seat cover board A in a factory. In working site, the flanges B1 of the central cover board B and the multiple fixing plates C1 of the side cover board C are quickly assembled with the base seat cover board A and the respective leg supports D which have been already assembled in the factory. Then the assembly is connected with the connecting seat F.

[0004] The above elevated floorboard can be easily and quickly assembled to achieve a firm connecting effect and meet the requirement for complete incombustibility of skyscraper building. However, the base seat cover board is metal-made and has thin thickness (in consideration of cost). Therefore, the base seat cover board is supported by multiple leg supports to avoid bending and deformation. Under such circumstance, the wire laying space under the elevated floorboard will be limited.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0005] It is therefore a primary object of the present invention to provide an incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard in which the base seat cover board is made of steel reinforcement and cement. The top face of each leg support is previously formed with a thread hole. In factory, the base seat cover board has already been locked with the leg supports. In working site, the leg supports are first connected with the connecting seat and then the central cover board and the side cover boards are quickly assembled with the base seat cover board and the respective leg supports. Therefore, the present invention can be easily and quickly assembled and provide a firm connecting effect. In addition, the manufacturing cost is greatly lowered and the elevated floorboard has stronger stress strength.

[0006] It is a further object of the present invention to provide the above fireproof floorboard in which the metallic leg supports have better heat-resistance so that the fireproof effect of the floorboard is enhanced and the safety can be greatly increased to meet the fireproof regulation for building.

[0007] It is still a further object of the present invention to provide the above fireproof floorboard in which the multiple wire channel seats between the leg supports together form a wire laying space with high capacity, whereby the wire can be more freely laid at any position.

[0008] It is still a further object of the present invention to provide the above fireproof floorboard in which the base seat cover board has high strength and is able to bear heavier load. Therefore, the elevated floorboard can be used more safely.

[0009] According to the above objects, the incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard of the present invention includes a base seat cover board, a central cover board, side cover boards, leg supports and a connecting seat. The base seat cover board is formed by using a basin-like base mold supported by steel reinforcement mesh, filled up with cement and glass fibre, and pressed by hydraulic press. A periphery of top face of the base seat cover board is slightly smaller than the periphery of the base seat. The top face of the base seat cover board is formed with a peripheral stepped supporting platform for supporting the central cover board and the side cover board. Each of four corners of the bottom of the base seat has a projecting supporting seat. Four corners of the base seat cover board are previously formed with through holes in each of which a hollow plastic cock is fitted. The leg supports are independently made of metallic material with a certain length. The top face of each leg support is formed with a central thread hole. The leg supports are assembled with the base seat cover board in a factory. In working site, the central cover board and the side cover boards are quickly assembled with the base seat cover board and the respective leg supports. The central cover board and the side cover boards are attached to the supporting platforms of the respective base seat cover boards.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT

[0020] Please refer to FIGS. 2 to 4. The incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard of the present invention includes a base seat cover board 2, a central cover board 3, side cover boards 4, leg supports 5 and a connecting seat 6.

[0021] Referring to FIGS. 2 to 4, the base seat cover board 2 is composed of a basin-like base mold 21, a steel reinforcement mesh 211 disposed in the base mold 21 and cement 212 filled up in the base mold 21. The periphery of top face of the base seat cover board 2 is slightly smaller than the periphery of the base mold 21, whereby the top face of the base seat cover board 2 is formed with a peripheral stepped supporting platform 22. In addition, each of four corners of the bottom of the base mold 21 has a projecting supporting seat 23. In addition, the four corners of the base seat cover board 2 are previously formed with through holes 24.

[0022] Referring to FIGS. 5 to 7, the leg support 5 is independently made and is substantially reverse U-shaped seen from lateral side. The top section is formed with a central thread hole 51 corresponding to the through holes 24 of the base seat cover board 2. A hollow plastic cock 241 is disposed in the through hole 24. The inner diameter of the cock 241 is smaller than the outer diameter of a screw 8. When the screw 8 is screwed into the cock 241, a thread is naturally formed. Alternatively, the cock 241 can be previously formed with threaded inner wall. By means of several screws 8, the base seat cover board 2 is fixed with the leg supports 5 in sequence. The connecting seat 6 is a square body. The four corners of the connecting seat 6 are respectively formed with four sockets 61 facing upward. Each socket 61 is disposed with cavities 62, whereby the leg support 5 can be fitted into the cavities 62 of the socket 61. A wire channel seat 7 is defined between the connecting seats 6.

[0023] Referring to FIG. 8, the four corners of the central cover board 3 are formed with engaging recesses 31. The central cover board 3 is placed between four base seat cover boards 2 and retained on the supporting platforms 22 thereof. The base seat cover boards 2 are tightly connected with the central cover board 3. At least one side cover board 4 is placed between two base seat cover boards 2. The middle of one side of the side cover board 4 is formed with a notch 41.

[0024] The present invention is characterized in that the base seat cover board 2 is composed of steel reinforcement and cement so that it is able to bear very heavy load. Screws 8 are passed through the through holes 24 of the four corners of the base seat cover board 2 and screwed into the central thread hole 51 of the top face of the leg support 5 so as to fix the base seat cover board 2 on the leg support 5. The hollow plastic cock 241 is placed in the through hole 24, whereby the base seat cover board 2 can be firmly fixed on the leg support 5 by screws 8. The supporting seats 23 of the four corners of the bottom of the base seat cover board 2 contact with the leg supports 5. After the cement is molded, the contacting sections are ground and planed so as to make the base seat cover board 2 tightly attach to and connect with the leg supports 5 in a stably balanced state.

[0025] Referring to FIG. 9, in use, the respective leg supports 5 can be positioned at a certain height as necessary. The multiple connecting seats 7 are interconnected to define wire channel seats 7 together forming a wire laying space in which an electric wire 9 is elastically laid and connected with a socket 10 at a desired position. After the connecting seats 6 are assembled with the base seat cover board 2, the central cover board 3 and side cover boards 4 are placed between the respective base seat cover boards 2 on the supporting platforms thereof. The present invention can be easily and quickly assembled and provide a firm connecting effect as well as enhance the fireproof effect to meet the requirement for fire safety of skyscraper building. Moreover, the positions of the wire exits can be freely changeably arranged to enhance the practicability and safety.

[0026] According to the above arrangement, the present invention has the following advantages:

[0027] 1. In working site, the base seat cover board is first locked with the leg supports. Then the central cover board and the side cover boards are quickly assembled with the base seat cover board and the respective leg supports which have been already assembled. Therefore, the present invention can be easily and quickly assembled and provide a firm connecting effect.

[0028] 2. The metallic leg supports have better heat-resistance so that the fireproof effect of the floorboard is enhanced and the safety can be greatly increased to meet the first grade fireproof standard.

[0029] 3. The base seat cover board has high strength and is able to bear heavier load. Therefore, the safety is ensured. In addition, the base seat cover board can achieve excellent sound-absorbing effect so that a user can walk thereon without causing noise.

[0030] 4. The present invention can be quickly assembled so that the working time is shortened.

[0031] 5. The wire laying space according to the present invention is formed by multiple wire channel seats, whereby the present floor-board has decreased the number of leg supports to an extent, and lowered down the cost comparing with original (parent) invention, and further, the spare space for through holes (24) formed within the leg supports and cover boards is increased, therefore, facilitates the availability of wire laying.

[0032] The above embodiment is only used to illustrate the present invention, not intended to limit the scope thereof. Many modifications of the above embodiment can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.

Claims

1. Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard comprising a base seat cover board, a central cover board, side cover boards, leg supports and a connecting seat, the respective leg supports being positioned at a certain height as necessary, a top section of the leg support being formed with at least one thread hole, a screw being passed through a through hole of the base seat cover board and screwed into the thread hole to lock the base seat cover board with the leg support, the leg support being fitted with the connecting seat, the respective connecting seats defining therebetween a wire channel seat as a wire laying space, multiple central cover boards and side cover boards being laid between the respective base seat cover boards, said elevated floorboard being characterized in that the base seat cover board is composed of a basin-like base mold, a steel reinforcement mesh disposed in the base mold and cement filled up in the base mold, a periphery of top face of the base seat cover board being slightly smaller than the periphery of the base seat, whereby the top face of the base seat cover board is formed with a peripheral stepped supporting platform for supporting the central cover board and the side cover board, each of four corners of the bottom of the base seat having a projecting supporting seat, four corners of the base seat cover board being previously formed with through holes in each of which a hollow plastic cock is fitted.

2. Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard as claimed in

claim 1, wherein the leg support is made of metal material.

3. Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard as claimed in

claim 1, wherein four corners of the connecting seat are respectively formed with multiple sockets facing upward, each socket being disposed with cavities, whereby the leg support can be fitted in and connected with the cavities of the socket.

4. Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard as claimed in

claim 1, wherein the leg supports have unequal heights.

5. Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard as claimed in

claim 1, wherein four corners of the central cover board are formed with engaging recesses for tightly attaching to the periphery of top face of the base seat cover board and the side cover board.

6. Incombustible fireproof network elevated floorboard as claimed in

claim 1, wherein one side of the side cover board is formed with a notch for quick and easy assembly and disassembly.
