Description
FIELD OF THE INVENTION

[0001] The present invention relates to a seamless connecting, super speed, no shaking, stable rail and its joint fishplate, which are mainly used in the rails of motor vehicles and the rails of railed vehicles of urban area.

BACKGROUND OF THE TECHNIQUES

[0002] At present time the technique of the rail junction is end-to-end parallel connection, therefore gaps exist between the rails. Even using a long rail the connecting junction number can be reduced but cannot be avoided. Those connecting junctions cause motor vehicles shake on the rail, thus limit the speed of vehicles and decrease the efficiency of the railroad transportation.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION

[0003] The objects of the present invention are to overcome the insufficiency of the techniques of the rail junction of today, and to provide a seamless connecting, super speed, no shaking, stable rail, which offers a kind of less shaking, higher speed, and huge economic benefits for railroad transportation. Also the present invention provides a joint fishplate for this seamless steel rail.

[0004] The following process can achieve the object of the present invention: both ends of the rail are formed in connecting joint type. And the distance between the third and the fourth hole of the fishplate is shortened 20 mm. The distance from the ends of the fishplate to the center of the first, the sixth hole is lengthening 10 mm.

DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS

[0005] The followings are the description of the drawings:

[0006] FIG. 1 shows the connection of the rail of the present invention.

[0007] FIG. 2 is the overlook view of FIG. 1.

[0008] FIG. 3 is the sectional view of the rail.

[0009] FIG. 4 is an assembled seamless rail, wherein the joint fishplate has been assembled at both side of seamless rail.

[0010] FIG. 5 is the lateral view of FIG. 4.

[0011] FIG. 6 is the overlook view of end-to-end parallel connection of the rail junction at present.

THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION

[0012] The present invention will be described more detailed with reference to the examples and figures as follows:

[0013] FIG. 1 and FIG. 2 show the structure of steel rail of the present invention. The shape, specification, and structure of the rail body are the same as that of the skill of the related art today (see FIG. 3). <<H>> represents the height of the steel rail; the bottom width of the steel rail is <<b>>; the waist (middle part) thickness of the rail is <<t>>. Both ends of the steel rail used at present time are flat as shown in FIG. 6. Both ends of the present invention of steel rail are joining part <<10 >>. There are two conditions to be satisfied during assembling: the size of junction <<L>> must be the same as that of the skill of the related art today; connecting space <<a>> must be reserved to meet the need of strength and hardness of the joint. Two connecting rail <<7 >> and <<7′>>, wherein the rail bottom width, rail top width and rail waist thickness of the rail <<7>>are cut down for half left, the cut down length is <<L+a>>. The rail bottom width, rail top width and rail waist thickness of the rail <<7′>> are cut down for half left, the cut down length is <<L+a>>.

[0014] FIG. 4 shows the structure of the joint fishplate <<8>> of the present invention assembled on both sides of seamless steel rail <<2>>. FIG. 5 shows the lateral view of FIG. 4, wherein the number 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, means the holes on fishplate.

[0015] The various kinds of joint fishplate of steel rail in our country at present time are shown below. 1 Distance Distance Distance between the between the Distance from between the center of 2-3 center of 1-2 end to the Type of center of 3-4 (4-5) hole (5-6) hole center of 1 or 6 Steel Rail hole (mm) (mm) (mm) hole (mm) 38 Kg 120 110 160 65 43 Kg 120 110 160 65 50 Kg 140 150 140 50 60 Kg 160 140 140 50 75 Kg 202 220 130 49

[0016] Consider the difference between the present invention of the seamless steel rail 7 & 7′ and parallel connecting steel rail used at present time. Because the joint distance of seamless rail is shorter than the distance <<d>> of parallel connecting steel rail for <<a+L>>, wherein a+L=20 mm, so the distance between the center of 3 and 4 hole of joint is shorter 20 mm than that of rail used at present time. In another aspect the distance from end of rail to the center of 1 or 6 hole is longer 20 mm than that of rail used at present time. Thus the related size of the present invention is as follows. 2 Distance Distance Distance between the between the between the Distance from Center of Center of Center of end to the Type of 3-4 hole 2-3 (4-5) 1-2 (5-6) Center of 1 or 6 Steel Rail (mm) hole (mm) hole (mm) hole (mm) 38 Kg 100 110 160 85 43 Kg 100 110 160 85 50 Kg 120 150 140 70 60 Kg 140 140 140 70 75 Kg 182 220 130 69

[0017] There are more advantages of the present invention than the technique of related art used at present time:

[0018] Because there is no seam at the junction of the rails, the shaking of motor vehicles is less; the speed of motor vehicles is faster. Thus it produces huge economic benefit to railroad administration department. Meanwhile the present invention of joint fishplate meets the requirements of the present invention of seamless rail. Thus it is easy to promote the use of the present invention.

Claims

1. A seamless connecting, super speed, no shaking, stable rails, wherein both ends of the rail are joining part.

2. A joint fishplate of seamless rail, of which both ends are joining part, wherein the distance between the center of the third and the fourth hole, is shortening 20 mm.

3. The joint fishplate of seamless rail according to claim 1, wherein the distance from the end of joint fishplate to the center of the first, the sixth hole are lengthening 10 mm separately.
